Just saw a post by this business owner, putting down someone trying to drum up some business doing lawn services. This owner then proceeds to lie to someone (she called him out with screenshots). It was the most unprofessional display I have witnessed. Apparently this owner can't handle competition. And by reading some of his other reviews, I can understand why.

Over charges for his services . Called regarding a broken vacuum breaker and told me on the phone a plumber had to repair it. Said he would come out to look and said a plumber had to fix it. Said he would call his" plumber and made a phone call. He spent all of 5 minutes making a phone call

When I emailed B&L they were very quick to respond, which I always appreciate! I had asked for someone to come help me with my sprinkler, as they were not working properly.Blair was very quick to come and help. He was very professional and super helpful! He had to deal with my ratchet weeds in the backyard because I had completely forgotten about them... but he was amazing!My sprinklers ended up working perfectly fine (of course they did) but he helped me set the timer and get them working!

I contacted B and L at the beginning of May about a major landscaping job we needed done, and they were initially quick to respond to my inquiry. But after a week of being told that they were coming to look at our property for an estimate and then cancelling, they ended up completely ghosting me. Very unprofessional.

We have worked with B&L on a professional level, and have always been impressed with them. This year we needed help with snow removal, and although I'm sure they were overrun with phone calls, they responded quickly, and professionally. We are VERY pleased with the service.
