Richard Greig made everything seamless! Super responsive with everything and his techs did a superb job! The fellas worked hard and were in and out in just a couple days! Definitely recommend this company! Super professional, very accommodating and fair price! - awesome job guys!!

Richard and the work crew from Aquatech were absolutely fantastic. Richard showed up on time, he answered all our questions without getting frustrated or impatient, he always responded to email and was down to earth and personable. He always provided information in a timely manner. He spoke highly of his workers and they did not disappoint. The crew was here on time. worked hard, did a fantastic job installing a sump pump. They were courteous and respectful of property. We have dealt with a lot of trades recently and it's difficult to find great quality workers and workmanship so when I find someone that is great and goes above and beyond I want to share that with others. Renovations of any kind are difficult to tackle. It's hard to even know where to begin looking for the people you need to do the job so if I can save some people some time by telling them to go directly to Aquatech than that is great. After our experience I can't imagine you would be disappointed.

Just finished these job, so far so good.Very polite & down to earth people. I would recommend the Aquatec. Still early to say but it is a life time warranty, so no complain if something happen. Thank you Nico, And the 2 workers that waterproof my house. I think it's Andre?Where just waiting for another month to put more gravel were it 's sunk.

From the first phone call, the visit was prompt.It was amazing! Our consultant Eugene was very kind, professional and knowledgeable; provided education and great options for waterproofing considering our budget. He was always available and ready to answer questions. The price quote provided was reasonable compared to other companies. Once we agreed on the service date, the 4 gentlemen that came were on-time and they were like machines!! They were very professional and left my place as if no digging was ever done. The clean up was spot on! I have a shed that I was planning to get rid of since the floor was already broken (but still usable) and it was on the site of the dig...but these gentleman were so kind and went above and beyond to place it back and fix the floor with the existing cement available. I am very grateful! Thank you!! Even the office admin personnel Valentyna was also helpful and prompt providing the invoice. Thank you Aquatech!! 110% recommend!!

We are very pleased with the entire process with Aquatech!We had several companies come through to look at our leaky basement and we are very pleased we went with Aquatech. Richard was lovely to deal with and braved some icky snow to come out to our place. Professional and accommodating with our many questions as we are first time home owners.Our initial schedule work date had to be adjusted due to weather, but communication was clear and timely. We had two exterior and one interior crack addressed. The two installers, Igor and Vlademire, were lovely! Quick and tidy and completed everything in time. Our side yard is fairly narrow but they managed to get down there! Their work was quickly tested as three days after install we had a downpour of rain (which is usually when the basement would leak) and our basement is dry as a bone, and our side yard looks great! Our neighbors commented on how quick and tidy the whole process was.We would recommend Aquatech for friendly, professional waterproof on the Hamilton mountain.

Had a minor leak in our basement, obtained several quotes for the work, Aquatech was the most professional company I talked with, and we wanted the leak fixed from the exterior not the interior - Aquatech confirmed for me that the was the best approach to take. They provided me with a competitive quote and showed up when they said they would - not something you see every day anymore! They removed a portion of our fence, completed the work and reinstalled the fencing all in one day. Extremely impressed with the service, and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. AquaTech is very professional and reliable. Valentina was very friendly, she scheduled the appointment at a convenient time and Nico came out to look at my problem. He diagnosed it and gave me a reasonable price. We went ahead with the job. The crew that came out to do it was very knowledgeable and professional.
