Don’t get the pick up option from Uber Eats at this location. I ordered my food and got to the location twenty minutes later, right before I arrived I got a notification saying the food was ready for pick up. When I walked in I showed them my order number (restaurant wasn’t busy) and got blank stares, they didn’t start with the order and this is a half hour now after I made the order. It took them another 15 minutes to make it. I got no apology, no explanation why the order wasn’t ready when I got the notification. Sandwich was amazing customer service not so much.

Delicious. Awesome experience. You walk into the shop and immediately the deli aroma makes it clear that this is going to be a fantastic sandwich. Had the New York sub. Highly recommend.

If you are sick and tired of the same boring subs from the same boring chains, try Firehouse Subs!It was my first time and I was in for a nice surprise. Beautifully designed, polite and friendly staff and juicy subs that will rekindle the joy of a good sub in you!It gets a 5 star from me without a doubt.I love the variety of meat selections and the freshness of ingredients.Thank you guys for making sub a good, hearty, healthy and tasty meal!See you again, soon!

Went to the stockyards location on Sunday, ordered a large sub, meat was pathetic and the bread tasted like it was two days old, took mine back to the counter where staff admitted that the bread was stale and two days old for the large. Absolutely redicoulous when the bill was over 40 dollars for my wife and I. I got a refund and will never step foot in a firehouse sub again.

I’m very frequent at fire house as my daughter loves their subs, turkey provolone to be specific. Went to the stockyard location today and left disappointed. My daughter was given the smallest piece of bread I’ve ever seen any sub facility give. Ive bought her a kids sandwich at firehouse many times and it has never been this size. There was no mayo put on the sand which as requested, making the sandwich extremely dry. No pickle on the side as requested. I paid $16, including the “firehouse $1 tip”, for this, 2 cookies and a drink.. never going to this location again.

First time coming here. Really cool place! They greet you when you come inside and very clean! Employees are really nice and polite. A little pricey but the food was really good. We had the Firehouse Hero sub and Firehouse steak and cheese. The large size is pretty big. Would recommend for sure!

Not sure what all the hype is about. Can't tell the difference from your standard subway sandwich. I built my own sandwich, and most of the toppings I asked for were not on the sub, or were barely noticeable. Likely won't be back.

Firehouse subs is awesome. Their ingredients are fresh, the service is friendly and the subs are out of this world. I hold them far above a Subway or Mr. Sub, and especially over Quiznos. Only complaint was the bathrooms were untidy at this location. Other than that it’s awesome. One thing that each location does is yell welcome to firehouse whenever someone enters, not needed but I get the point.

I'm always wildly impressed at how good Firehouse subs are. This isn't a sub I could easily replicate at home and it's far beyond other take out subs. If you're in the area looking for somewhere to stop in for a quick bite you won't be disappointed!

I was very disappointed today, their cherry lime drink was advertised by a drink machine so I decided to treat myself. But when I went to the machine it was blacked out. I would not have added a drink if I had known this!
