Trail Parks and Recreation Department

I took my 14 month old swimming today and I am extremely annoyed. We booked spots online for 11am. We showed up at 10:50 to be able to get dressed and ready for our hour and a half appointment. There was a large line up at the outside door when we arrived and the lady didn’t even open the door until 11:05 and by the time we got registered it was almost 11:30! Keep in mind we are only allowed to swim until 12:30!! This was very disappointing. We tried to make the best of it and went for our hour swim. The change rooms were extremely cold to top off our experience! My 14 month old baby was shivering trying to get her dressed. Do they keep the change rooms cold so we get out faster…? Not impressed.
