I am so happy with the service at printmore! They squeezed me in with only a days notice to print the memorial cards for my dad's funeral. when I went to pick them up, they didnt even charge me! I could of cried right there! During such a difficult time for my family, this incredibly kind gesture meant so much to us. Thank you Printmore! I will definitely be back and Ill reccomend you to anyone! I appreciate it so much.

Wow, customer service here was incredible! We got in touch because Staples messed up our order, twice. We found Printmore Inc. on Google and I sent an email and I was replied to within the hour. We were corresponding until 10pm because we were in a rush to get memorial cards printed before my Grandpa's celebration of life. Kelsie was kind, knowledgeable and quick. I'll definitely be recommending her services to anyone who needs printing done. It's important to support local and not the big chains. We're extremely happy with the service and the print job and I can't wait to be able to share with everyone.

I use this location for non Canada Post amazon returns. Staff seem helpful and friendly.

I would like to say that Joanne was absolutely amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond in my opinion and it was truly appreciated. This store has so many cool games and puzzles that I haven't seen anywhere else! This will definitely be my go to store for the next birthday present!

Fed Ex currently offers such a substantial discount compared to Canada Post for Ebay store owners since being partnered that it's a no brainer to go with printmore now, thank you printmore!

This business operates as an outpost for almost every shipping business in town. But their floors place is blatantly too small.They will lose your package, and their employees are experts in printing and don't really want anything to do with the package part of the business. It took three tries for us to find an employee willing to actually find our package and we had to sit through a 1-800 number from one of the shipping companies to get a manager to harass them that the package was there.They are not the right business to be involved in drop shipping.Addendum : In regards to the companies reply, I was picking up a package registered to my address but not my name. It took three trips to your location to finally have someone find the package. I would not call that a well organized system. You should take consumer feedback seriously rather than try to disprove it. This is again why you are not good at this type of work and should maybe stick to printing.The first trip the person was super friendly but confused and said it was not there. They looked at the slip and confirmed according to the paper left on my door it would be at the location by now. However, they then offered no further action besides just returning another day when someone else more knowledgeable would be able to help. Could I suggest, training your staff to take names and phone numbers to call when the package is found?The second trip, again they had no idea where the package is even though Canpar said it was physically their. They then did not want to return the pick up slip and it became awkward. It also seemed apparent that the well organized system was in disarray and they had no idea.Then after calling Canpar and filing a claim it is missing, it was magically found. You say they didn't call you, but you also claimed twice it wasn't there.When it was found, we were told we had until the end of the week to pick it up even though your available hours are only in the middle of the day and if we didn't pick it up it would be sent back.You are a rural hub, based on the price of gas these types of mistakes can be costly. Please just stick to printing and let a business with more physical space be an outpost for some of the other delivery companies to decongest your back warehouse.
