I have been getting my lashes done at Hcsbeauty for two years. Chin is the best lash girl I’ve been to hands down. Her work is amazing and she pays attention to detail. On top of that, shes so easy to talk to and sweet. I feel more like I’m chilling with a friend than receiving a service but I get to go home with the most gorgeous fluffy lashes! She also is unbelievably safe during covid, she wears scrubs, a shield with a mask, etc. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the area, she never disappoints

Chin is the best!! I’ve been off and on with lash extensions but she makes me feel so confident! She’s helped me grow my natural lashes and has avoided me from getting an infection or reaction. Her quality is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

HCS Beauty never disappoints! I’ve been seeing her since 2018 and she always keeps it professional, but comfortable and provides excellent service with phenomenal results, every single time; I literally can’t stop looking at myself half the time. I’ve been looking to book with Chin for years and I finally did today - wow! I’ve been to a few lash techs and my lashes have never looked this good. She really made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Her studio was very clean and she was constantly disinfecting. I recommend her very highly - don’t go anywhere else for your lashes in KW!

My eyelashes always turn out perfection after visiting her!!! Such an amazing lash tech with so much talent. I admire how friendly and caring she is towards her clients, also the steps she takes to ensure cleanliness. Every time I've gotten my lashes done here they always come out amazing!! I get so many compliments and the retention is so so good. Chin kills it every time and I can always tell when she does my lashes that they are done with love and care! Truly one of the best lash artists out there!!

By far the best lash artist in Kitchener area. She is so sweet, SUPER gentle and very thorough with her work! You can tell she takes pride in what she does, she has me as a life long client for sure. I never feel my lashes even when they are being applied and that's how it should be. No poking no burning and no discomfort and she always follows how you want them done. She cleanses your lashes also before and after your application, I just love her! Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!

HCS Beauty is by far the best lash tech I’ve been to! I went to her when she first started in 2018 and she’s the only one I’ve trusted since. Before the pandemic I’d go religiously and every single time they were done perfectly. Most importantly, we’d work together to figure out a flattering shape and length for my face and eyes. She is so clean and thorough with her work, all while being personable and genuine with her clients. She’s also super educated in the industry and passes it along to her clients to ensure the lashes last!

If you need lashes in Waterloo/Kitchner, look no further. Chin is AMAZING. Booking my appointment online was super easy (she even asks you what kind of music you would like playing during your appointment - so sweet!) and she was responsive and attentive to all of my questions before I came in. The cleanliness of her space was top notch and she goes above and beyond to ensure her sanitation measures are COVID compliant. Chin takes her time to make sure she lashes every.single.natural.lash and her effort and attention to detail shows in her work. I'm so happy I found Chin for my eyelash extensions - plus she is super sweet and very kind. Recommend 10/10
