Blue Angel Yoga is a perfect mix of relaxation, stretching and strength in a calm and inclusive setting. The instructor, Hannah, can accomodate for various needs and abilities including chair yoga for those at work or with more limitations. Throughout the practice she checks in with with reminders and cues to move to your individual abilities.The accessibility of Blue Angel Yoga on zoom means that I can fit it in to my schedule, and I can do it in my Jammies right before bed in the comfort of my own home.Subtle and witty, Hannah's sense of humour shines through in her practice as it does in the name Blue Angel yoga.
