Great customer service. I had issue with my torque wrench. DeWalt replaced with brand new unit in timely manner. I am frequent user of DeWalt tools and this experience actually made me go buy more DeWalt tools - feels good knowing they have your back and they care. Big thumbs up!

Garbage customer serviceI bought the 2 miter saw around one year ago and I just needs adjustment,she told me $370 just for adjustmentAlso for battery small miter saw she told me $280 for adjustment both tools works and problem is just not doing perfect cutsit's not going to make sense

They didn't accept my dewalt tool to repair or refund and told me it is not a dewalt product! I asked so if it is not a dewalt, what is the logo of dewalt on that?? And answered it is made by Baccus Global". They gave me a number related to Baccus Global and after waiting 30 minutes on the line

Well, I have been using them for long time.Today I brought 2 batteries (same size, 5AH each) for replacement.The cashier gave me 1 4AH and 1 5AH battery, when I ask her to replace the same size battery, she told me, I should have mentioned it earlier.Just feels like she downsized me and Mede me responsible for not watching what she is doing. Very bad experience ((

Wow. The new young staff is useless: Rude, lazy and incompetent.The service advisor can't operate the computer to look up repair tickets or replacement models. Checking in tool for service is painfully slow. Too bad. Dewalt makes great products.

Everytime I come in there Im greeted by the front desk staff professionally, Especially Suzi, she always says Hello and wishes my day well and is happy to help out with what Im looking for / fixing the tool issues I've got going on, great service, fast, easy, professional and nice to talk to, I like coming to her when I come into the store

The guys working the counter were friendly and want to help. Found me a part to fix my vacuum. Although it’s too bad the lady on the counter is such a soar apple. I watched her be rude to multiple customers and her own team mates.
