Staff are exceptional, rooms are well appointed, beds are sooo comfortable. The 10oz striploin at the restaurant is better than most steakhouses!

We stayed here last minute over the weekend with our family as we driving back to St. John's the roads were Icy and stormy. We arrived at the hotel quite stressed from the road conditions and Spencer was there to greet us with a warm hello and friendly smile. I asked him if he had availability and he quickly checked and offered us a great rate with a harbourview. He asked if there was anything else we needed and advised us of times for dinner.We ate in the Restaurant and it was delicious!! Highly recommend. Michelle was our server and she was so kind to our 3 year old son who had been in the car for 10 hours. She provided us with quick service bringing the childs meal with our appetizers and kept checking on our drink refills. By the time we had finished dinner Michelle had 8 tables all to herself!! She continued to provide amazing service all with a smile on her face.Michelle and Spencer thank you for turning around our day after a stressful drive in bad weather. Keep up the great work and hospitality. A great place to stay in Clarenville.

Good for a night when you juat can't keep driving in the dark. Rooms could be a little refreshed but by no means run down. Biggest door could use a screen door to keep flys out. Food was ok at the restaurant for dinner but breakfast took ages and was just okish

Checking in was pretty easy. And you can't beat the location, right next to a gas station and convenience store along the highway. The rooms were quite nice as well and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Clean rooms. The bathrooms are a little too small for my liking but for a one night stay this can be overlooked. Service could have been a little friendlier as it appeared the hotel worker was being slightly inconvenienced by our arrival. Overall I would stay here again, although I would choose not to eat at the hotel restaurant, but that's another review.

What a wonderful property, enjoyed two great nights as an anchor location for local visiting.Terrific food, nice amenities and quiet. Best bed/sleep in many nights (agreed statement with many on your tour bus).

Lovely hotel. We had an issue with our TV that was unable to be fixed so the were kind enough to move us to a different room which was very accommodating. It was very clean and had friendly staff.

Stayed here for two nights with a bus tour. Very nice hotel, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, really good food at the restaurant. Especially enjoyed the laundry service for a reasonable fee, as we’d been on the road for several days.

Great location as it's right on the highway beside a gas station and a Tim Hortons.The room was clean, although a bit dated. The bathroom was a bit small. The parking is great and they have pet friendly rooms. The cost for the room was also reasonable.I'd stay here again if I needed to stay the night near Clarenville.
