Terrible, both stuff and doctor are overrated. I don't recommend them to a hypo in a zoo.

Dr. Richard Bendor-Samuel performed my tummy tuck this past June and did an amazing job. I felt seen and very cared for. My results are great and I am very happy! His office staff also went above and beyond my expection of care. Every concern and question I had were always answered in a very timley and caring way. Thank you so much for making this life changing decision the best thing I decided to have done!!!

Had a full face lift ...could have done a better job for what I paid him to late now no very pleased .

I don't recommend him nor his stuff, stuff were rude to me on the phone, cancelled my appointment twice without notice and when they finally booked me, I had to wait for a year and a half to see the doctor. Well, it was a very bad experience with him as well, rudest and greediest doctor I've seen so far, didn't explain anything, paid for a 45 minute appointment and he rushed me in and out in 15 minutes. From my experience with his stuff I wanted to cancel and not go to that appointment since I had a negative gut feeling about them, and I was right and regret not canceling. They asked for a full surgery price while they were going to do a half surgery that they didn't even explain during the consultation. Check many old reviews online, and many patients mentioned that he rushed them in and out, and most good reviews are written by his stuff themselves mentioning that you should book,..........what patient asked people to book a consultation!?! Anyways, if they offer me a free surgery, I swear by my life I wouldn't go. Everything is Fake and uncomfortable in that clinic.

Only seems to care about money and not the person

Had implants back in 2012. Textured cohesive gel 330cc implants is what he recommended. I had a lot of pain and swelling from surgery, and the hospital staff wheeled me out of the building while I was still vomiting from anesthesia. Implants looked good but they were very high, and my tissue around the implants stayed swollen for a long time. Starting having pain in breasts for a few years after my son. In 2019 I saw him for another consult to talk about the pain. He dismissed my symptoms, and only recommended to replace. I was originally told implants would like me 20-25 years. At no point did he explain new founder complications with textured implants, or the risk of BIA-ALCL cancer I was now at risk to because of them. He only focused on my aesthetic look, saying I would be deformed if I removed them. A few years later my pain turned into debilitating nerve pain, and I had to go out of province to find a surgeon who would remove them properly. Although Dr. Bendor-Samuel is a skilled surgeon, he cares more about money than patients health. Would not recommend

Dr. Bendor-Samuel and his surgical team at The Landings Surgical Centre were excellent. Everyone I met was kind, professional, and caring. I felt well cared for at every step of the process and I’m thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Bendor-Samuel.
