We were sooo happy to find this place!! Just stopped in to check it out and BAM... soooo many tasty things to choose from! The Cheese Pretzle is A-mazing! Yes to everything! Love that they use BC grown Grains and historically relavant flours! Seriously so dang good!

We go to the Cowichan Bay location and really enjoy the products and decided to try this location. The Summerland location is just as good and they carry basically the same product line. We were very happy with the service and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the store. The cookies that True Grain have are probably the best that I have experienced from any bakery.

I have not found such good bread anywhere else in Canada than at True Grain Bakehouse. The Christmas Stollen is as delicious as the original in Germany. All with organic ingredients. Thanks to the Team !

I don’t even like bread, but I stopped in here because it looked interesting and I thought I might get a cookie or something. It smells so nice inside and the staff are very kind. I ended up buying a sourdough Asiago/rosemary loaf and I’ve just sat and ate 3 slices, it’s that good. I’m writing this review as a distraction so I don’t reach for a 4th in one sitting!

This is the best bakery I have found in the Okanagan when it comes to bread. They have a wide variety of loaves to choose from and very friendly and educated staff who will happily answer your questions. Try the sourdough, rye and khorasan loaves.

Lovely homey feel. Smells is delicious. You have to come back a few times to get everything in! Early morning for early risers, later for cinnamon buns etc. Staff was amazingly nice, friendly and helpful! Come here when you visit Summerland!
