BEAUTE DES ONGLES

Asked to clean the tools after the girl.ahead of me left. They didn't. I now have a bad infection on three of my nails I have pictures. Even with an appointment you will wait up-to 45 minutes for your turn.

I originally booked for me and my daughter to go and get a pedicure and manicure shellac when I showed up early for my appointment. I end up having to wait 25 minutes then on top of that they took us for toes first.. I then asked as I was getting my toes done is a long time for my nails to be done she looked at me and said yes…. I said I’m confused though because I didn’t make an appointment… she then tells me that they’re overbooked and that is because I brought my daughter which I told her I had made my daughter’s appointment too so that there wouldn’t be this issue then when I asked her if she could fix my her toes she made me do it.horrible customer expierence she was so rude to me and even when i calmly complained it was as if they were looking at me as if they didn’t care

Terrible job. Equipment was not clean. They used the same nail clippers between clients without cleaning them. 4 coats of gel on my nails which looked really thick. Cuticles not done properly. Chipped and pealed off after 6 days. Stay far away from this place!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I am new to Châteauguay, the quality and service is horrible, the workers was so arrogant and unprofessional, the girls speak so loud and arguing in their language in front of the client, she was so rude and she didn’t do my nails good. The place is dirty, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would!! Do not waste your time or money on this place.

I personally have any complaints when moon or Ivy does my nails. I always ask for them by appointment. I'm usually very picky with my nails and they do a great job. If you're around it's a good place to try. Tons of different colours to choose from.Update: I always have a good experience except this time. Not every girl is good in there. I don't even know her name but went and she did it for the first time and cut me 4 times and rushed it. Nails aren't even even length or done to my liking. I kept saying and just ignored me. I am so very annoyed and they hurt so much. Absolutely ridiculous. Not me and this other girl again. I hate it this time. Only sticking to Ivy now.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I am new to Châteauguay. I went to Beauté des Ongles (x4) time, with 3 different people. Each time after 5-6 days either a chip or a crack or just plain ripped off. I paid for hard gel with a soft get color finish. I'm pretty simple and even stick to the same color palet. I don't even comment on the lack of cleansiness and the poor time management. My last appointment with wait time took 2.1/2 hours.I TRIED BUT IM 100% DONE WITH THESE GUYS. What a waste of money.

Disappointed. Waxed my eyebrows and it was terrible. Nails badly done. Since I’ve been going there my experiences have been more disappointing than satisfying. Very long wait. Today was the day they drew the line and I won’t be going back.
