Avoid this place!!!We ordered flooring and paid for delivery and the on deliveryday I had to phone to see where our order was. The owner told me they forgot about it. An hour later the owner showed up in a van and told us we had to unload 27 very heavy cases of flooring by ourselves. We told him my husband had back surgery and he very rudely told us if we didn't unload it he would take it back. We were told there would be 2 men doing the delivery in a truck...not the owner in a van. Very disgusted with the owner and will never do business there again. I told the owner that and he said go somewhere else then!" I strongly recommend that's what you do!"

Fantastic" customer service. We found this place by chance heading to another carpet place. Let's just say our shopping stopped here. Incredible prices and products. Highly recommend. DO NOT SHOP HERE, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!. David the owner will over charge you, he does magic numbers then says he is giving you a deal. When you asked to explain the numbers he tries to cover up how he is ripping you off. ALSO what is on display will be not be what is in the box. Flooring on display had no marker lines on it, when it was installed markers lines everywhere. Went to store as we thought we had defective flooring David the owner yelled at me, bullied me and call me YOU PEOPLE, not sure what he meant by that, then walked away. I am completely shaken and traumatized by this experience, have never in my life been treated so disrespectful. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!! Photo below is what is on display. From the first moment my husband and I went into the store and met Fed More" who was so very helpful and an excellent salesman. To "David" (very professional and kind) who came to our home to measure to "Mike" (very nice) who installed our carpet. I just want to say what a wonderful not to mention professional experience we had. Absolutely amazing team all around ! They pride themselves on good customer service and it shows and was very much felt. Would highly recommend to anyone especially family and friends.I would like to say "Thank you to you all" !Sincerely Sue Happy and satisfied customer !!!"

Renovating my basement I dropped in to see what they had for flooring and was shown some water-resistant options.I'm aware of some concerning reviews but noted they pertained to services so I made 2 trips to drive home 18 boxes of click-lock tiles and install them myself.Having only recently completed the work I can say the tiles cut nicely, were sturdy during the install and above all, were easy to install. They feel nice underfoot and I'll try and update this in a few months on how they've worn, but so far, no complaints.Refund policy on unopened boxes is for in-store credit only.

Had Berber carpet installed at our house. After having the installer come back to fix obvious seams and bubbles in the carpet it still looked terrible. The carpet quickly wore out on the stairs over the course of a few months with just two adults in the house. Replaced it all with home Depot and wasmuch better quality and install. Similar cost.
