Horrible service and windows are absolute junk. Do not purchase anything from them. Windows are a year old and leak and the plastic is warping on south facing windows. There recommendation to fix the problem was to not use them. They said. Windows are not built to be opened thats why most new houses have air conditioning""

We had Kohtlech Windows installed by Knight Doors and Windows. The first window they supplied showed up broken (who knows which outfit broke it - installer or manufacturer). The replacement showed up with big drops of sealant in the middle of the plane (so much for quality control). The 3rd window has smudges on the interior of the triple panes. We were so tired of having our window removed that we settled with Knight Doors and Windows (reduction in project price) to keep these 2 outfits out of our property. Kohltech tried to fix" their shoddy workmanship but provide another shoddy product. Avoid."

Want to express gratitude for Charlie! He came to fix two windows that had broken locking handles. He replaced the handles and made adjustments so they would be easier to use and wouldn't break again. He was super respectful during this COVID situation and wore a mask, face shield, and put on new booties for us. He was also prompt and completed the work quickly. Such a friendly guy, and such a positive experience while we are nervous to have anyone in our house at this time. Thanks so much Charlie!

We had our whole new house windows and doors supplied by them. They work well and no serious problem, though some windows, about 1 in 4, seem to have some of the insulation on the edges or casing coming off. Also, had a problem with a flush mount bolt/lock on a French door that broke. All I wanted was the same part sold to me for replacement and phone calls/emails went unanswered. Had to track down a distributor in the US who wouldn't sell to individuals in Canada. Eventually got it with great difficulty. Koltech was helpful before purchase, but not after. Pretty disappointed with that.

Very poor customer service from Colin and Cam. Spent 10 grand on windows and doors, needed a little touch up stain that’s apparently ready and available in Edmonton. We are still waiting for this “readily available” stain almost a month later. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company. They aren’t reliable.

This company is such a joke. They broke my window 7 months ago when they installed it. The worker told me not to worry its covered under warranty. They have came to fix the window 3 times now, every time they show up it turns out they have ordered the wrong part. INCOMPETENT COMPANY i would recommend avoiding these guys at all costs, else you too could be stuck with a broken window in winter time.....
