The barista this morning never told me about the extra charge (almost a dollar) that comes with the whipped cream on top.*** This was either a mindless mistake on her part or a sneaky tactic to make me pay more without me knowing. I took the receipt afterwards.The cold brew S'Mores coffee is way too dense and somewhat hard to drink. After visiting the place for the first time, I am hesitant on going back. Thanks a lot.

Cute little Cafe Depot, but not practically constructed for a rush hour; there is no place to wait for your coffee, and you have to bother the people in line if you want to look at their food selection. You then have to do an awkward U-turn to get out of the store. Not practical. Otherwise, great coffee/food quality, same as every other Cafe Depot. The staff is super friendly!

Very bad experience, they don't speak english and that's why make you to wait a lot of time, after all clients... Is it too hard to understand 2 cappuccino and 1 milk???

I asked for a caramel latte and I got a regular latte for the price of a caramel latte. Told the cashier that it had no caramel inside and she didn't wanna put it. Very bad service

I come here often because i work near and it takes too long to get to the food court. Although it can be a little pricey, the staff here is always really nice to me and i've never seen them lose their cool so... shoutout!
