It feels really nice there, cappuccino and mocha was nice, chocolate croissant was not that fresh but tasted good. What we liked there was the macron, the way of serving what we ordered, the music, and the coziness of the cafe.Update: We went there again, because we liked the macrons and the theme there. But we didn’t have a great experience there. It’s kind of like the staff have no idea what they are doing. They won’t inform you about the menu at first, you have to change your order plenty of times to get something. If you can’t serve something or you are out specific order, just mention it so people don’t have to waste their time.After it took us 10 minutes to reorder, they forgot to give one of the macrons, and when we asked them to prepare they wouldn’t believe us. I mean we are gonna stay at the cafe and eat that order, it’s not like we already ate one of them and want to steal another one. I was disappointed this time.

We were actually on our way to another dessert shop and absolutely had to stop here after passing by. The pastries were delightful, and the hot chocolate was so rich! Definitely a must visit patisserie.

It’s my friend’s birthday and we had afternoon tea at Laduree. Everything is good and exceeded my expectation. I have asked them to give a little surprise to my friend. It’s nicely done. She’s given a little treat, too. Will come again.

Amazing macarons and cakes! I tried the black tea macaron and the lemon cake. I had a rose croissant which was delicious! Service could have been friendlier. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience!!! This place is a hidden gem and totally worth the visit. It’s one of those places that you’d never expect to be that good (specially for being a chain all over the world) but then it overpasses your expectations! Isabella was our server and she was very kind and helpful with the menu - she recommended us a great tea and of course their macaroons are just incredible.

Pricey but good. Their macarons are about $4 per piece but you cannot compare their quality to any of the store bought ones. We had their macarons pastries and it delicious. Paired that with their dark and white chocolate mocha, it was delicious.

My partner and I went there for the afternoon tea experience and was delightful. The staff is kind and lovely, and no need to say -you will see the pics- that the place is gorgeous. All our senses were stimulated there: the smell of food, the beautiful background music, the decoration of the restaurant and the presentation of the dishes, and the taste. The tea is really good, but I must say that the hot cocoa was the best. The items included in the experience make it worth the price, so for visiting, I would go again for that one instead of the regular brunch.We enjoyed, definitively a worthy experience.The difference with oyher restaurant's Afternoon Tea Experiences is that here you are allowed to try only one flavour within the paid price, and anything else cost extra; on the other hand, this one includes fruit.

We went for a tea/coffee break and we really enjoyed our time. Nice old French decor and great cake. What can we ask for more.
