I would not recommend buying a laptop from this place unless you really know what you are doing. I went in with the full intention of purchasing a good laptop. I've always bought something on the cheap and been unhappy with it. I am not technical, and but my needs are pretty simple. I use it for work and a bit of youtube. We discussed a number of options, but each time the item was not in stock, after a lot of back and forth we settled on an option. I spent just shy of $1,000. In less than 6 months I returned the laptop twice to the store to have it looked at, it is so slow it is bordering on useless. They explained to me that I can't expect much when I bought a $600 laptop; I didn't realize I ended up also buying a $200 service plan....that was how I spent $1000 which was my budget. Each time I have brought it in they just wipe my hard drive and give it back to me. The laptop is junk and so is the service plan. If I knew more about computers I wouldn't be in this mess. Just buyer beware, if you don't have knowledge to protect yourself, go somewhere else.

One of the best store for electronics like laptops, speakers, smart televisions, earphones and so many things. I found one laptop at very reasonable price and staff was also helpful as per the customer needs and budget they suggested the items.Very cooperative staff in most of the stores..recommend

Went there for help getting something as a Koodo customer. I have always done my cellphone changes through Best Buy because of their ability to answer my questions and help me with setting up my new phone. This visit was great. Shane listened to what I needed, did some investigating based on what we discussed, got me set up with a phone well within my budget, a much improved cell phone plan, free replacement screen saver and 50% off supporting products I purchased that day. I also walked out with a $150 gift card. I will return to this location without hesitation.

Incredible experience. Gave me the best deals possible and had a very kind personal touch to the place. Specifically the sales manager put lots of care in taking our business.

Was just at the store on a Tuesday at 2pm. There was literally three times more staff than customers and I still wasn’t able to get help. Was planning on picking up a computer but walked out empty handed. I’m wondering if it had anything to do with me being in my work clothes.Photo added to show that the parking lot was empty

This place has really good customer service. I had my new phone conection cancel and return. Sometime the returns are too hectic but two employees Shina and Jasmine did a great job in helping me for this process. I would highly recomend this place for any and all electronics.

Store shelfs were empty . We saw few things online and wanted to check in storeWhich were not available. Not much help from staff.

The customer service at the store was great in person but trying to call there from home to speak to a customer service was not great at all.All I can hear when I try to call from home is machine voice talking and giving directives to go online and fill out details.We the customer needs to interact with customer service when we call from home or any where we might be.

Argentina Bud worst ever Best Buy customer service I can ever recall in Mississauga. I purchased a lap top -open box- worth of 230 hp ,and I have been told that it is certified and has been checked out by our Geek team!. . After a week, I went to the store and picked up the lap top, then I went home to find out that the speaker-/audio is muffling and buzzing. I ran to the store to return it after I spoke with hp who said it is not us ! It is Best Buy who should give you a replacement , To my astonishment the customer service I have received should be labeled appalling at the very least especially the manager who asked me to buy a new one which is beyond my budget . He has very arrogantly said there is nothing that we can do for you !! Real rip off !
