Bombay Brow Bar-Yaletown

I've been in Van for a cpl months now and gone to a few places for threading (brows and full face) this place is probably my favorite and the one I will return to. They are very good at what they do. They take their time, do a thorough great job and u don't feel rushed out the door. It is a little bit more expensive than SOME places. But well worth it. The face massage with rose oil at the end is an added bonus. But the great attention to detail is why I will return.

I've gone here several times, the service was good every time. The price of brows includes a mini head massage, so it is worth the value.My eyebrows were uneven, they traced them out and discussed what they would be removing before starting.

My partner and I got our brows done here- the service was friendly, professional and our brows look great! :) The cost is on the pricier side ($27 before tax) but I've been here twice and fully trust the technicians who have done a great job and give me good advice on growing out my brows.

Really amazing experience, the staff here are so nice and lovely. Every time I was very satisfied with the service they provided.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and my last few appointments have all been terrible. Completely thinned out my brows, didn’t provide the full service or been overcharged. I ask for waxing and they thread instead? Most recently, They made me wait 15 minutes for my appointment, kept telling me I was next and then continued to take people after me with appointments. Wasted my timeTold me I’d receive a free visit for my experience, but haven’t received anything. Won’t be coming back

Exceptional experience at Bombay Brow Bar! Jayati provided top-notch service with her expertise and attention to detail. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, leaving me feeling blissful. The ambience was soothing, and the overall service was remarkable. Highly recommend visiting for a pampering session.

This place is great. Very friendly and always do a great job with brow threading and eyelash tinting.

I used to love Bombay, the ladies were lovely and nice. The service was great and you left feeling pampered and happy. Something has changed over the last year or so. The booking system isn't as user friendly, and several times I've booked add-ons to my service that I don't receive. The women (why are there always 2 of them laughing and watching you back there??) don't communicate very well and it just doesn't feel like the same experience and quality it used to be for the slightly inflated price. I just used my last brow shaping on my tab and likely won't go back, despite being told last time that they had put a complimentary facial massage on my account that I haven't been able to access. Just disappointed overall.

Great service, fast and great expertise for My first brow appointment, ever.Came home to find the tinting dye could've been tidied a bit more around the brow before leaving the salon (on the skin), but I had a good laugh seeing it in the mirror. It was an easy fix.

Worst experience, I don’t recommend this brow bar. I’ve been going for a few years but the service has gone down. I specifically told the girl to keep my brows thick (told her twice). She proceeded (while chomping gum with her mouth open) and completely waxed my eyebrows super thin and uneven. After I had complained, she was very rude about it and the front clerk said they would follow up with me, but I haven’t heard from them (it’s been a few weeks). It’s going to take months to grow back and reshape.
