I have been availing the laser hair removal service through KDT IPL 750 since an year. More than a month ago me and my daughter planned to purchase this machine due to its outstanding and painless performance. It's been a month now that she purchased this machine and we are so delighted to share that her home business is rising at a speed. Our customers are extremely happy because of the gliding handle, quick & painless treatment and no downtime. I highly recommend Kaloya for their amazing machines. I went to another company to take a demo and they made me put my phone away for some reason. I wont mention the other companies name but I thought it was really weird but I did as they asked and a little bit into the demo, they started to lie about Kaloya Dermatech saying that they are not certified and a bunch of other lies. They will tell any lies about other companies in order to try to close a deal. I dealt with so much dishonesty in the process of purchasing a machine. I then asked Kaloya Dermatech of all of the things that the other company lied about and it turns out that everything was a lie. Kaloya Dermatech did still not talk bad about that company but instead took it in a positive note. I’m very impressed with the staff and their kind and wise ways to deal with their clients. Keep it up because you are the only company that was truthful about everything while others would lie. It made my decision very easy and I have absolutely no regrets partnering with you! I cant imagine going with the other company that started the first meeting off lying to me. Thank you for everything!!!

Very Honest and genuinely kind hearted people at this company. I’ve gotten demos at a few different companies before going with Kaloya Dermatech and it was a very disgusting process to see how other companies would talk in such a rude and disgusting manner about Kaloya Dermatech probably out of jealousy. But when I went to Kaloya Dermatech, they did not bad mouth any other company and were very respectful towards others when I asked them about the other devices. That is one of the main reasons I went with you because I did not want to do business with a company that is so foul towards other people. Do not change! Love the positivity and good energy with you!

KDT 750 is a good machine but my main thought was after sales service. Thankfully Kaloya hasbeen true to their words. Their after sales support is good, marketing material is given, and I cancall up anytime for queries. They have been quite helpful, actually. I am sure they will hold myback in future too, Nice people, recommend!! The machine worked well but I always thought of clientfeedback and satisfaction.
