I like to share my experience at Port- Coquitlam WorkBC after I have been laid off from my job. They are very professional , and supportive. However I was doing my own job hunt and succesfully secured a Job within a month . I like to send a very BIG THANK YOU to Natalie, she is so wonderful. She helped me so much with my resume , cover letter and interview tips. She is so respectful , and listens to my words with her heart. I truly appreciate her support. I highly recommend WorkBC , Port Coquitlam to anyone who is facing a gap with their employment.

I will say a big thank for all the people working in workBC center Port coquitlam! They are very professional, helpful and friendly people offering ongoing support for the job hunting people like me.They provide very detailed training program: resume writing, interview skills, social network and more. Case managers are very responsible for the client, they can provide some kind of services which our unemployed people really need, such as, helping to get safety gears for work. For me, I need to have steel toe shoes, safety reflective clothes and helmet for working in the construction site before I get my pay from work, they help me to get them, I am really appreciative for what I get from them to support me for work.And they also provide continuing care and support for every employed clients.I will say thank you all from my bottom of my heart for all the people working in the center. If you are unemployed, want to find a job, WorkBC is you home to rely on.Thank you again!

I just wanted to share my experience working with WorkBC. when I resigned from my job , I got an email from WorkBC with the list of support that I could get from them. I emailed them back and I got invited for in person meeting. A very professional case manager called Samah was assigned to my case . I would like to appreciate all the work she has done for me so far . she spent time with me listening to my challenges . She helped me a lot however I was doing my own job hunt meanwhile . I want to share my impressions of cooperation with the WorkBS office in Port Coquitlam. The peculiarity of this office is that the attitude towards clients is radically different from other offices. First of all, I want to thank the managers with whom I was lucky enough to communicate. I was met by my case manager Lidiia Berest and her curator Susan Sui, after talking with them, I saw what true professionalism and humanity are. Impeccable attitude towards the client, a calm and friendly atmosphere, and most importantly an individual approach and understanding of my specific situation. Apart from the official information, I got a lot of friendly advice, just like that. Because communication was so easy and casual that it seemed we had known each other for many years. I also want to thank the manager Tetyana Lytvyn, who helped me draw up my resume. I had no idea that such work could be real art. And again, easy casual communication, respectful attitude and knowledge of the profession testify to a true professional in his field. I am very grateful for the help, support and understanding I received at the WorkBS Port Coquitlam office. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me!
