I've been taking all 3 of my vehicles to this location since I moved toListowel 2 years ago. Steve and his entire staff are super to deal with. They genuinely treat me like a valued customer. The quality of work, cost and time required for the work to be completed is great. They promise and they deliver!

I was on my way to the cottage on the thanks giving long weekend and my car started over heating. I am not from town but if I were I would recommend them to everyone and use them all the time. Not only were they the only place in town that would look at my car on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend the mechanic Wes came in on his day off and fixed it for me so that I could pick it up Saturday morning. Thank you all again :)

JUST HAD MY OIL CHANGED ELSEWHERE. PREVIOUS ONE DONE BY MEINEKE IN LISTOWEL WHERE THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO OVERTIGHTEN THE OIL PLUG SO THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR A HELI-COIL TO BE PUT IN TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. SO MUCH FOR AN IN EXPENSIVE OIL CHANGE, AND I WAS HOPING TO HAVE A SHOP I COULD TRUST. AIN'T GONNA BE THIS PLACE.

Not thorough!; Make alot of excuses why they can't fix things! Had to bring vehicle to another mechanic to fix properly!! And to fix what they messed up!!! Beware!!!
