Pablo Cheese Tart
Very pleased that pablo has a Markham location. They partnered up with The Social Blend so you can also get macarons there as well. The cheese tarts are amazing, and I highly recommend their mini cream puffs, I always find the bigger ones are too much for one person, but the ones here are bite size, their drinks and ice cream are also surprisingly good. Great place to buy for yourself and gifts! They have neat packaging and my friends love the tart sets.

Pablo Cheese Tart
Solid 3.5 stars. Might be back to try other mini tarts. We had the purple yam, which was so flavourful and absolutely delicious. Also had the chestnut which was a bit more bland, but not terrible.The cheesecake with the flaky tart was so-so. The taste was fine, it was the flaky tart was was tough to cut & hard to bite. For $18.99, I was hoping for great things but in reality it is just a giant egg tart with some cheese flavour.Lady at the store front was kind and great at making some recommendations cause I suck at making decisions when there’s too many options to choose from lol.

Pablo Cheese Tart
Experienced my first cheese tart at Pablo's when they used to be downtown & now they are 5 minutes from home. Been twice since they opened in Markham & their mini cheese tarts are still delicious! I also bought one of their classic chocolate cheese tarts & it was good but nothing about it really stood out. I like that they carry macarons by the Social Blend. Would go back occasionally for a treat as it is quite expensive.

To be honest, I didn’t expect a chain store could make the good dessert at first, but surprisingly the mini tarts could get 8/10. I love the crunchy tart shell, and the tiramisu flavor was super creamy and tasty! This is one of the best in Pablo! The creme brûlée was good though but not that surprise as the tiramisu. Their packaging would be 10/10 and that could be a nice gift to friend or go on a party!

Great customer service. So patient and friendly! I ordered one of their Christmas specials to pick up and had no issues getting it. Bonus points: it was delicious!! I was a huge fan of their original downtown location and I'll be visiting the Markham one in the future for sure!

Pablo Cheese Tart
The delicious aroma of cheesecake with lots of tarts and cheesecakes all nicely displayed by the outer window and next to the cashier in the center of the store. A bit expensive ($4.20 for each mini tarts) for my liking but really delicious tarts (we had the Mango Mini). Staff gave good recommendations and take really careful care at assembling the package for your choices. Great experience, not sure if I'd go again for the value.

Maybe I am too picky about sweets. I feel like their drinks taste better than their tarts. I bought 6 flavors： matcha 、chocolate 、purple taro、apple 、original cheese and strawberry. I only finish apple. Their cheese cake are okay.I feel uncle tetsu‘s are better. Their drinks are good. By the way，the outside bag is easy to broken，Butter hold by hands otherwise you will lose your sweets on the floor.

It's either they changed ingredients due to inflation, I think the tarts are nearly not as good as before. There is absolutely no flavor of cheese from these tarts. I don't mean they taste bad, if they are called yuzu custard tart, then I'd give them 4 star, but when I order cheese flavoured desert I expect them to taste cheese. This one taste only custard, with only sweetness from the jam. The custard was bland too. Looks great in a fancy store, but unfortunately mediocre in taste.

Pablo Cheese Tart
I don't like tarts - you can dig deep into my pocket and you will find ZERO love for tarts. My wife bought me tarts from Pablo and BAAAAM...! They piqued my interest. The latte there is decent and the tarts are pretty good. What I like from Pablo the most are their soft-served ice cream! So good!
