Inver Ink Tattoo Studio

I have had 3 tattoos now done in Inver Ink and they make a fantastic job. All the tattooists are fantastic artists and I have never known anyone to complain about their work. There is no appointment system here, you turn up and hope it's not too busy. Even if it is busy you can chat to everyone else about what they are having done etc... If I was to get another tattoo it would be from here.

Friendly guys, not intimidating at all for my first tattoo. Very clean and professional and told me about how the autoclaved the instruments or they were sterile single use. The artist spend ages with me going over my design until I was happy, also honest about what size of writing I could use to ensure it wouldn't blur or become illegible as the tattoo ages. Delighted, cost effective too as didn't charge for their extra time sketching out different designs. Now 5 days down the line and redness all gone. Only thing that would be nice are printed after care instructions but I was given verbal instructions. Thank you!

Popped in today to get my first tattoo, a matching semi-colon with my mum. They managed to fit us in fairly swiftly as walk-ins and everyone was really friendly to us. Luca made me feel very comfortable and the experience was fairly quick and painless. My tattoo is everything I hoped for. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Had a stellar time. I added to my collection of tattoos, I got a traditional Scottish tattoo and enjoyed learning about Scottish culture and local lore. Doug was fantastic with getting my design fitted around my other tattoos & the tattoo didn’t hurt compared to any other tattoo. It’s worth the wait. I enjoyed that asked what’s your budget and give you a design that’s perfect for any budget. Any time I will be in Scotland, I will only get a tattoo from here. Absolutely amazing place to get a tattoo. When you first enter you are greeted by Emily who is a very relaxed and chilled, this helped me a lot with my nerves as this was my first tattoo. Then I was introduced to Luca who was going to be my tattoo artist, Luca has a very good chilled personality and was great to talk to when getting tattooed. Overall this is by far the friendliest and skilled tattoo shop in the highlands. Would definitely recommend for first tattoos

I’m here on vacation and wanted to get a tattoo while I was here and stupidly didn’t plan ahead. Inver Ink was so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and professional. Luca was the artist that helped me but I did interact with two other people and everyone was so wonderful. Luca communicated very well and kept me in the loop about my design and asked for my input frequently. Not only did he give me an amazing tattoo, he also pointed me in the right direction for some delicious food in the area! The shop is clean, bright, and friendly. I’m so pleased with my experience that I will absolutely be sure to stop in whenever I’m in the area. I cannot recommend the shop and Luca enough, this was by far my favorite experience getting tattooed, and I have many. Just remember it is cash only ;) thank you again Inver Ink staff!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful, chilled and personal experience. From the lovely Emily getting you with kindness to the execution of the Tattoo made by Doug. Time flew as we were chatting and the atmosphere was so relaxed. The others artists were super welcoming too. On my next trip to Inverness, I'm definitely popping in again for some artwork. ☺️ Highly recommend this lovely shop. It's just as is says on their shop window: Enter a guest/client

After receiving my tattoo I was delighted with it and was told to come back at MY convenience for a touch up so it became convenient for me so I went along but was told it's not that bad" and "the tattooist that done it no longer works here anyway"so that was that no help or customer service after care then was cut off abruptly when speaking about a future tattoo I wished to have done for my late brother and was told by a guy who was smoking a cigarette by the door "what are ya wanting that for?"in an arrogant and rude tone totally offensive and demeaning to my brothers memory when your tattoo is done that's you and when there's 3 people smoking cigarettes outside the shop it's never a good look I have a shaggy edge to my tattoo still but no ideas or solution was offered by these I'm very hurt and disappointed by this rest in peace bro"
