I am so glad that I found the right place. The dentistry has some calm vibes which helps you to relax. The staffs are so friendly, welcoming, and good at explaining my situations/options, eventually helping me to make the right decision. Of course, Dr. Helen is professional and friendly, which would be the most important thing! She thoroughly checks and takes care of any issue with professionalism and explains it with easy words!I would highly recommend go Waterloo West, if you are looking for a dental expert that you wouldn't hesitate to go whenever.

Amazing service! Really clear communication and friendly behaviour. Answered all of my questions and offered various treatment plans specific to me.Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new dentist. The front desk staff were also extremely friendly!

Had a bad past experience at other dentists and opted to not go to the dentist for years due to fear....decided to give waterloo west dentist a try during an emergency and they were terrific. Very professional, kind, and gentle!! I'll definitely be back again, thanks for the emergency visit Helen and Andrew!EDIT - Just visited again for a follow-up and cleaning session. Best experience i have been had. The team is super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait in waiting room. The environment was also calm. She answered my questions and also gave me the best advice too which makes me feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend everyone to visit here… thank you

This is one of the best experiences with the dentist that I've had. They explained every step of the process and gave very clear instructions. I haven't been in about four years, and there was no judgement at all. The offices are bright, which I preferred, as my last dentist office was a bit dark and dreary, which did nothing to make it a nicer place to be. As someone who really doesn't like going to the dentist, they did a great job helping me feel comfortable and my anxiety went away very quickly at the start of the appointment. Glad I chose to come here, and based on this experience I intend to continue doing so and will happily recommend it to any of my friends who need a new dentist after moving to Waterloo!

Dr Andrew is excellent and knows what he’s doing. Removed my wisdom teeth here and everything works out perfectly. Recommend whoever need to get their teeth removed or worked come HERE. He is good

Until I met the Andrew and the staff at Waterloo West Dentistry.Andrew and his team were able to comfort me and make sure I was safe pre procedure, during procedure, and even post procedure - when Andrew called me himself today.I haven't ever been in such caring hands before.
