Phoned during a blizzard and asked if there was anyway that they could come and tow my son because he was stuck on a set of train tracks, and his response was he is going to have to sit there until tomorrow because he is not getting towed today." I explained to him that he is stuck on the tracks and I knew he was busy and that I would phone the CP rail emergency line and let them know if he could give me a timeline as to when he could get there

We just pulled into a gas station Fas gas and as we were pulling out of gas station Buddy’s tow truck stopped on the access road to pull out a Hyundai that was buried in snow and due to him stopping on the road infront of us we in a uhaul 20’ and a car carrier ended up getting stuck tires spinning we then asked if he could pull us out about 10’ as we are now stuck and he at first refused. And then I walked over to his truck and he said he would charge me 200 to pull us the 10’. We absolutely had no choice now as due to his stopping on the road caused us to spin for waiting for him 25 mins to pull out the Hyundai. Can’t wait to get out of Saskatchewan. Being of help to each other would have been a better approach. Paid him all the cash we had on us which was 95 to pull us the 10’. Wow!

Dan went totally above and beyond to fix a hole in my tire! I would recommend anyone! I can't thank him enough. He came twice to give me air and have me follow him to the shop to fix a nail in my tire! If I could give 100 stars I would!!!

Worst business practices ever, these guys were called to fix a flat tire and said an hour wait, two hours later they still haven’t shown up and said they didn’t really care and would get there when they felt like it. I highly recommend not using this business.

These guys are very good. They picked up my truck when it broke down in less than hour.They also got my new to me RV across town promptly and at a very reasonable price.

Called them through caa was told half a hour he didn’t show up till over a hour 15 and when he did he was very rude to me and mad that I had called caa back a few minutes earlier to see where he was the worst tow company I have ever usedAnd the way he took of with my car was scary it was dark u almost couldn’t see it behind his truck he didn’t put any lights on car so it could be seen and he was speeding with it to my ride had to follow him for a bit and we were doing speedlimit and he was a doing at least 15 over seed limit

Towed my vehicle to Moose Jaw after I hit a deer on the highway. The new owner went out of his way to give me a ride to where I was staying too after towing the vehicle. Excellent service, highly recommended
