Excellent experience start to finish. Very professional and installation was very smooth. I purchased a mini split system and the sales person and installer were very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I got what I needed. Highly recommend.

Bought a 9k Pioneer unit off Asim about 14 months ago and its worked absolute flawless , super quiet indoor and outdoor unit. I have a LG 18k unit and a Rheem 12k unit and the pioneer unit has been the quietest out of them all thanks Asim

I have to give this experience a 10/10!!! From the beginning of the transaction with Waseem who was incredibly responsive and was very easy to communicate with. We were able to get our new unit installed very quickly and in timely manner ( within 48 hours!!). To then the installers who were themselves incredible!! I have to thank Guna and Ahmed very much for a job very well done and installing the unit for us. We never had AC before and they were able to complete everything in a timely and incredibly professional manner. I would absolutely highly recommend this company!!Thank You very much and I look forward to enjoying my home in the summer heat!

I use 10 of these units in a motel. Even when the temperature got down to - 20* Celsius then kept the rooms heated to 24* Celsius. So far no issues. Looking forward to seeing how they cool the rooms this summer.

If at all I had an option to given 10 stars I would have... very professional and great quality work and service. The owner Asim is very genuine guy. Gives right advice and no running around the bush. I bought a brand new Lennox AC and with reasonable price. I also had urgent vent issue to be resolved. He got a service booked immediately... I'd recommend this company any day. Have already referred his name to a few friends.

I called on Thursday for a quote for a new HVAC system (a top of the line Napolean). I spoke to Waseem to schedule an appointment. He said he would call me back within the hour to confirm a time after he speaks with his scheduler. He called back within 10 minutes to tell me that somebody would come by the next day (Friday) sometime between noon and 2. I thought, WOW

We had a great experience working with this company! Manager, Waseem was very helpful and even opened the warehouse 2 hours earlier for us as we needed to pick up Pioneer units and travel far away for the installation. We purchased 2 Pioneer Heat Pumps with 6 indoor units for our client and was pleased with the quality and service so far!
