Picked up my 2023 Atlas today from Volkswagen Villa. Inquired over the phone as I was calling around to see if any dealers had the car that I wanted and got an opportunity to speak to this amazing Sales person Dave Dhrumit.Where all the other dealers were just simply telling me to place an order by giving them deposits Dave actually listened to what I wanted and asked me right questions and suggested me the right trim and explained me all the features and packages. Not even once he sounded pushy. I did the deal over the phone and got the approval over the phone without visiting them as I live in Kingston it was not possible for me to go there. When the day came for pickup he made sure everything was ready and good to go and when I got there he was very welcoming, professional and friendly at the same time, even the reception greeted me with a great smile and made me and my family welcomed and everyone at the dealership looked very happy and the environment felt quite positive.Last but not least big thanks to delivery specialist Julio who made sure I know every single feature in the car.Overall more than 5 Star Experience with Volkswagen Villa and special thanks to Dave Dhrumit for making it worth 5 Star.

Stay a way from Volkswagen, we leased a 2022 Tiguan, payed premium leased every moth, since last Oct every 2 sec we get an alarm saying “Travel assistance not available” the alarm is constant and we cannot disable it, goes on and on, also the apple car play doesn’t work, the phone gets connected to the panel, but when using the map, it gets blurry, vivid and frozen. I was in the middle of highway that the map got frozen, i was up to getting an accident . We have reported all these issues to the dealership, they acknowledged that we are not the only ones having these issues and asked us to wait as they have ordered steering wheels and updates on computer. We waited for 8 months now, every time we follow up we are hearing the same answer. “ Sorry we cannot do anything you have to wait and keep paying us the lease”. We have sent them videos of the issues and explained them many times that this has really impacted us financially and emotionally. But they just don’t care! When you lease with them you are stuck and they don’t care if the leased car is not usable and you cannot use it. So please don’t put yourself in a same situation as us.

Bought a Golf R last week, drove all the way down from Ottawa and could not have been a better experience!! Albert and Lisha were amazing and couldn't be happier with the car. 5/5 without question :)

Dave was my salesperson, and I highly recommend him. He was professional and upfront with me and was always available to assist me with my car purchase. Having been to 2 previous car dealerships with terrible customer service, the ambiance here at this dealership and it's staff that are there to assist you is a night and day difference. I have already recommended this place and I will come back in a few years when my lease is up.

I almost give up to get a Tiguan because of my experience with another dealership. But when we dropped by Volkswagen Villa because its beside another brand dealership we wanted to see, we met Aersen Aliqing who helped us and welcomed us with great customer service, we were again convinced to buy a Tiguan. This location is great, Even Lisha, the Business Manager were accommodating and helped us. What an amazing dealership. Very recommendable!

My grandfather purchased a used 3 series off of Trevor last year. The overall experience was great, Trevor was super helpful. After a pretty major mechanical failure the dealership stood behind the vehicle, got us into two different loaners while the car was completely serviced at no cost to us. Nothing but positive things to say about Villa Volkswagen, Trevor and the rest of the staff.

They always take great care of me when I go in for maintenance on my beetle. They have a complimentary work lounge in case you need to wait a bit, free gourmet coffee and a really cute merch store.Their garage is also spotless and booking and checking in vehicles is seamless!

We bought a used Tiguan from Volkswagen Villa and it was one of the best customer service experiences I had in while. First I found the vehicle online and there was an error in pricing but they honoured it. The day we went to see car, it was pouring rain but they had an indoor space that we could view car. There was a few issues with the car and they ensured it was all fixed before we picked up. We were offered extended warranty but it was not high pressure like other places. Our car was delivered in showroom space so felt special. We dealt with a few different people from Trevor in sales, new and used car managers and Julio in delivery. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
