The staff working here are super friendly and really helpful. I had a pair of glasses that were too tight, and they were diligent in ensuring that I would leave comfortable and happy with my purchase. The optometrist at this location is also super friendly and professional. I will be back!

The store is located in a great area. Beautiful, clean set up. This being a new franchise and the team running it, are doing an awesome job. Great testing machies.Optometrist very soft spoken, answered all my questions. I was more impressed n happy to visit him, seeing that his Education is from one of the top universities in BC, n the optometry school. I would highly recommend my family n friends to pay a visit at the store. Secondly I also appreciated that they have direct billing option for the customer. Also appreciated that they had a variety of language staff. Would like to wish this young team a great success in the new franchise company.

I was extremely impressed with Specsavers having the latest Japanese and US equipment to aide in their eye exams including proprietary technology to measure you for eye glasses. It's nice to see a local clinic equipped with the latest technologies in eye care, staffed by a young team of professionals.I would highly recommend Specsavers for your next eye care appointment.

Darshan and Daya were an awesome team of professionals who were conscientious and super efficient in getting my eye examination done, providing a medical recommendation, diagnostics, and recommendations on new frames which have turned out to be absolutely awesome. I got two pairs and the lenses came in pretty quick, quicker than I expected. One pair is a clear lense for everyday and then they got me an awesome pair of prescription shades with a nice red and black frame. Better than any other pair of Oakley’s I have owned. I’m ready to hit some trails on the north shore and get my bike out to Squamish . Super stoked. Thank you everyone at the Terra Nova SpecSavers!!!!!!!

Experience went really well. Haven't gone in for an eye exam in ages, they took me through the whole process which was super easy and stress-free. My vision was good for the most part, tho they did give me a very mild prescription, but let me know that it is completely optional and that whether or not I purchase any glasses won't affect my day-to-day life. Didn't feel like they're trying to gouge customers of money or anything.
