I had gone there for the very first time and they seemed nice genuinely. Until my nail broke not even a week in. So I had reached out to them, to make an appointment to fix it. They had told me they are free whenever and I had responded by saying I will be there around 3 o’clock to 3:30. I had drove for 48 minutes and reached there on time as suspected. As I walked in consulting my appointment to my shock the same woman told me to come back at 5 o’clock. I am outraged I came from work, tired and exhausted and I hear this. I will NEVER Be stepping foot in that salon ever again. Absolutely disgusted when the same woman raised her voice at me saying that there are other people here waiting and that you’re not our main priority. I am tremendously ashamed that this worker treats a customer like this.

I have been going to Betty’s Nails and Spa for a number of years. Betty and the other nail technicians always provide great service and their interest in ensuring customer happiness is clear! I enjoy the care they take, attention to detail, and cleanliness of the salon. Great place for good quality fake nails (including bio dip, as in the photo) and pedicures!

Betty has a beautiful nail salon which I have been to many times. I have always enjoyed the professional and skilled services I have received from their amazing nail technicians. Their attention to detail is excellent. I know this because I am very particular. My brother has Autism and they are very gentle and kind with him. My family is very grateful that we found this nail salon and we appreciate the ladies very much. Thank you!

I don't know if the service has gotten better, but when I went a year and a half ago they were very rough with removing my previous acrylic extensions. They soaked my nails in acetone, and as they were clipping them off, the acetone soaked acrylic nail shards were flying in my face. One landed in my eye, and it burned my eye, and it turned red. I told them it landed in my eye. They pretended like nothing happened. and I decided to discontinue the service as it became a safety issue. No apologies, they told me to just go". I never went back."

Came here today with my mom and little sister! My little sister wanted to treat my mom for her birthday and also wanted to treat me as well! My mom got a pedicure and sea salt massage done and me and like little sister got the shellac colour nails done! My mom enjoyed her pedicure! She just relaxed there on the vibrating chair while she got her feet done and me and my sister relaxed on the chair while we got our nails done! I will say this place is not short on staff! Usually when I go to other places they are short on staff like they only has like 2-3 people working in the whole salon and everything is just so so slow. Here everything went smoothly and efficiently! Staff members are amazing here!! They are absolutely wonderful. Me and my family enjoyed talking with them! I will definitely be coming here again in May before Prom! Thank you for the excellent service me and my family truly appreciates it :)

when you will go for the nail extensions then she will behave fine buttt, if you will go for the nail repair if broken then her behave will be so disgusting and disrespectful even if you will again pay for yourself twice. i suggest you all please find anyone else because we all want treatment after giving money not as a charity.

Came in today for a pedicure and felt compelled to write a glowing review.I received such attentive service, she was so thorough ... my feet felt like a million bucks. I've been to this salon a few times now and i am always pleased with the result.They are so friendly and make the entire experience so pleasurable.Definitely one of my top places to come and they arealmostalways able to take me for a walk in service as well which is so convenient.

I love going here!! I am a regular customer since last december, and ive been going here since, every month! I love the feeling of walking in and being remembered!! Truly Flower and Sophia are amazing!! I am super glad to have found a place near my home that is super friendly and with great customer service!!

Really good job but I had a little feeling I got charged extra after I already paid because I didn’t tip the lady. She was checking if I was tiping and after I paid she said she forgot to charge me the Frenchie on my nail after I paid for shellac.
