First time using their wash, $3 to start the wash and only gets you 2 minutes is expensive. Really good pressure from the wand. High pressure soap on the other hand is non existent. Would not return or recommend.

This is my goto car wash the people are great eager to answer any questions and awesome service .. i live across town and i love this place i go here because of the atmosphere they have good quality products .The car wash itsself is easy to use the pressure of the water and the thickness of the soapand foam brush are sure to get anything off ofyour car the hot rince followedby the pressuer wax is fanfreekentastic . I hughly recomend no matter where you luve to cone try tgem out!! Your gonna love it !!

Love coming here to wash my car! You can use a pre paid wash card or a credit card. It’s convenient in the sense that you simply press what you want to use on the screen (rinse, soap spray, scrub, etc), and it automatically changes without having to change a knob. It does charge by time, so the faster you are, the less you spend. The soap smells like bubblegum and always distracts me and makes me clean more because of the smell, so beware, haha!

This truck wash is a joke!!!First it costs more than any other car wash in the city !!!!Second they have no soap that comes out of the wand at high pressureThird I live in the country and I know what Well water smells like. I would not be surprised if they are using the water from the swamp behind them.This place is a total rip off. I don’t work for klarity wash but I will tell you now take the ride , the options , pressure and quality you get for a wash at half the price is worth it.Or try big toy truck wash in St. Albert!Don’t use this business if you value your money and your vehicle.If you don’t believe me try it and when your done I’ll be guy with the clean truck and the extra cash in my pocket beside you at the Red light!!!!

The lady(looks like Owner may b) at the receptionist was very rude to the customer and i was witness this one of the customer was asking to add up the money to there card and she was refuse to do that and tel customer first you move out your vehicle from wash bay then add money to your card then again come back to wash bay for wash and the customer was half way to wash hes truck coz he ran out the money from his wash card. There was other customer was not happy for her behave and service. NOT RECOMMENDING TO GO THERE IF YOUR SHORT TEMPER. Thanks

Used to be a nice place, getting a little run down, some of the staff can be pretty rude. The self wand/hand wash is pretty good (expensive but good equipment). But it’s the automatic wash that’s earning them such a poor rating from me.I’ve had the monthly automatic wash pass off and on (mostly on) for over 5 years (you pay a monthly fee and get 1 wash everyday for that month). It can be tenuous in the winter temps as they will close in extreme cold, but it’s just getting silly now. It used to be at -25 it’s closed (even though you’ve prepaid), then -20, now if it’s -10 in the morning it’s shut down for the day. When I show them that the temperature is -8 then it’s that another customer damaged it 2 days ago and it’s not fixed yet.I get that there can be challenges with weather and things breakdown. I just wanted a refund since it’s winter and the ‘-10 it’s closed’ policy eliminates quite a few of the washes that I’ve prepaid for.They will offer to extend your subscription but frankly it’s painful that you have to go in to the office each day the wash is closed to get an extension (you’ve paid for the convenience of the automatic drive through, not having to go argue with the staff each day they have chosen to close it). They also told me that I signed a ‘no-refund’ policy when I signed up. I’m certain I didn’t sign anything and when I asked to see a copy of what I’ve signed they said that I signed it so long ago that they no longer have a copy of it.I’d rather not leave a negative review, if a place doesn’t work for me I should just move on. However, after being a customer here for so long I feel it’s reasonable to be refunded for the remainder of my current pass since the service/product that I’ve paid for has changed significantly. It would be the best way for both of us to move on.Reading some of the other comments I don’t think I’m alone in feeling that once you’ve paid, they are very reluctant to offer a refund no matter the situation but are comfortable to offer an array of excuses.

I have been using thos car wash since it was called the rocking wash. The new owners are terrible. Takes at last 3-4 dollars to switch from soap to rinse. There is literally no soap. When I called the owners out on their scam, they kicked me out. Explains why it is empty.

Worst car wash I've been to, avoid. This place used to be a good car wash, but definitely no more. It is more expensive than others, hardly and soap and doesn't do a very good job cleaning. Rip off.

This used to be one of the best car washes in the city! It is still pretty good now, it is kept clean, has probably the best water pressure around. Lately though, they seem to be cheaping out on soap on the high pressure wash, and they no longer use the big dryers beside the exit doors. They still use the undercarriage washer as you enter the building. They are more expensive than many other wand washes around though...
