Today I had the worst experience of my life in Canada in this store, my 8 year old daughter was playing with cats and gave a little knock on the glass to get the cat's attention and at that time we were shopping a few meters away when we suddenly noticed that the woman who was in charge of the animals went to my daughter in a very insulting manner and scared her by yelling and made my daughter cry. When my wife found out, she went to that woman and hit her brutally and closed the door. She almost seriously injured my wife. After waiting for a long time, we were able to talk to the store manager, but in the end, we did not get any results and we were not even apologized to. Congratulations, this is our new Canada, and this is also a way of respecting Client and children's rights
