I arrived at PC Repair Center 5 minutes before closing, thinking I'd just drop off my daughter's laptop for a network card replacement. I had fixed the problem before, but this time nothing was working - none of my deleting and updating various versions of drivers. Couldn't connect to WiFi. The gentleman at the center took a look in the Device Manager and I wish I was paying attention - set it to the correct version of the driver, and VOILA, I was able to detect WiFI networks. I was so stunned. And happy! Thank you, sir! One headache gone! Any future problem - I know I'm going back to this place!

Fast service. Did not know that when they repaired my broken macbook screen that they were replacing with a used screen, charged me for original market price of a new screen. Screen works, but the bottom of the screen is glitchy (as shown in pictures) (shows black too far up so I can't see which apps I have open and shows the bottom part of the bar before I've signed in.) Unfortunately will probably have to take it somewhere else when I have the money to get a new screen or purchase a new macbook.

This guy is a lair and cheater and cannotbe trusted.I spilled coffee on one of mycomputers that I use when I travel and tookit to this shop for repair. The guy told me Ineeded a new motherboard and keyboard.The computer was an older Sony Vaio inMINT condition that I only use for travel. Iagreed to let him fix it and when I picked itup it booted up and seemed ok. He askedfor cash because he told me these parts werehis personal property and told me not to worryabout no bill because he would guarantee thework. My computer did not have a MARK orSCRATCH on it when dropped it off. I was angrythat he scratched the lid and the side where heinstalled the keyboard. I was very angry becauseI value my belongings and would never abuse themachine like that. I pointed out his work desk wascovered with tools and parts and dirt. He ignored me.When I got home I had a problem with the computerand took it back. He told me I have to reinstall thesystem which he did for me. I installed new highercapacity samsung solid state drives in my twocomputers and cloned the existing systems. Myregular computer is perfect with zero problems. Iused the Sony when I was away and it froze everycouple of hours and the keyboard did not work asit should and the computer froze everyday. I was awayfor a month and just went to the shop today January30, 2023. He told me I had a software problem andhad to reinstall the system for $60.00. I questionedthisand told him I cloned his system that he put onthe original drive on the computer. He told me thatwas no good which I know is a total lie. I did the sameon my other computer with no problem and I have doneit for others as well. He refused to correct the problems.This guy had no desire to satisfy me as a customer.His only interest was $60.00. At that point I was veryangry and rightfully so. I told him I will sue him. I justrecently retired from the legal industry so it will be justanother day at the office for me. The CRA might beinterested in this liar also. He can't be trusted. He abuseda good customer.

My boyfriend needed his MacBook battery replaced yesterday. He called 12 places! This was the only place that could inspect & replace the same day! He was so happy! I tried to upload a photo, it wouldn’t let me. They showed him the old melted battery. Completed within an hour, on next to no notice! Amazing service, phenomenal knowledgeable staff! Highly, highly recommend! We will only be trusting PC repair with our technology repairs from now on!

This place is the real deal. Replaced my macbook pro screen same day after Apple told me my 2016 version is vintage" and could not be fixed by them (despite them causing the issue in the first place). Very reasonable price and fast service. Glad to know this place exists!"

I wish I can give 6 stars if I can.1. The technician honestly need to work on his communication skills, when I tell him my laptop is damaged due to water spill. He needs to stop cutting the customer sentence.2. After the conversation, I do not trust in the store anymore, all I want is to get my laptop back. And my diagnosis result is water damage. Thank you for your advise! That is definitely worth of 5 stars!

They have talent.They Re-pinned a CPU for me, price was fair, job was quick and the CPU booted right up afterwards.Saved me alot of money and provided great service!

I recently went into PC Repair to look for a newer model MacBook Air. I had had mine for several years and thought I needed an upgrade. He encouraged me to have a new operating system installed and save money. Amazing..I’m working with a brand new computer, more memory, etc. I totally trust and support this repair centre. Always when I leave, I’m given the assurance that if any problem, he will fix it. I’ve been dealing with them for years and always been treated fairly and great prices..I wouldn’t go anywhere else for computer needs.

Great, speedy service. Took three days and 150 dollars to fix a major hardware issue on my laptop. Sometimes the hours are inconvenient if you work a 9-5 job.
