After waiting for almost three weeks for a call back I finally spoke to someone. It was my intention to gather information in order to make an informed decision to go through privacy commission or the integrity commissioner. The person on the phone could not have been more dismissive, did not listen to the issues, talked over me throughout the exchange. It was like she was reading from a script. Like I was being victimized again by their complete lack of empathy. Terrible, dismissive service.
