Very happy with the service, the selection, and the prices. The salesperson even noticed there were 2 different size shoes in the box. Great place to buy decent shoes you can actually wear and stand all day at decent prices. Staff were eager to actually help.

Worst service ever, the employees are very rude. Didn’t help me at all and when I asked for a different pair of shoes to try on the employee took the box of shoes that I already tried on and gave them back to me and said here you go. Not even the shoes i was looking for. I was going to buy something but I had to leave because of how rude they were.

My son and his Aunt were trying to find a shoe just before closing, the customer service representative was very very rude. My son was so upset. Very abrupt and rude. Will not be shopping here ever again.

My husband and I went looking for some Sandals and purchased Birks from here. The sales person suggested the size we had was right and they would stretch. Long story short, they were a bit small. We tried to exchange them (they are unworn, 1 week old and we have the receipt). They wouldn’t do anything for us because we didn’t have the OG box. We offered to leave the box of a bigger size. No flexibility at all. We wouldn’t recommend them in the future.

I shopped here on Boxing Day and the staff was all very helpful and calm despite the crowds. I was especially impressed with the cashier who taught me about which leather protector sprays I should be using for my boots! Thanks guys!

One of the staff was not as friendly or helpful as others. But still a good shopping experience overall. Also a little on the expensive side, but still pleasant sales staff.

I had awful customer service at soft moc at Kingsway mall. The sales representative was terrible. She did not even acknowledge me at all, just moved through the motions of getting the size of the shoe and ringing it in. Straight faced, then raised her voice when she asked if I wanted to join the points club without even explaining what is was. I told her if she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work in customer service and she was rude. She responded “this is my face all the time, I m sorry I can’t change it for people like you and what you want”. I told her I would complain to her manager, she said “go ahead, she’s right there”, she laughed. I told her manager, the manager then told me to leave. I don’t expect people to be rainbows and butterflies, but employees should be helpful or a little kind to customers, as they are representing the soft moc business. Both the sales representative and the manager were totally unprofessional, and unable to deal with the situatIon at hand.
