Have my business liability insurance with them and their service has been top notch. My brother and I had our farm insurance with them for awhile and got cut loose via form letter - no claims and no issues paying them. Called in to broker to find out what was going on and never called back. Have moved farm insurance elsewhere no issues but will be hesitant to call for any other needs.

This company failed to let us know that a third claim on our file would result in them refusing to renew our home insurance. The third claim was only $700 - had we known we never would have filed that claim. Now we are paying thousands of dollars extra annually. Terrible service. You should try to help your clients.

Dealt with Kim there. She lost my quote on two separate occasions and then said it was different because I kept calling the call centre , she was lying. The price changed from 260 to 170 back to 210. The day I bought my house I called her twice to set up my insurance and she did not do it until a week after when i had to call again and ask what's going on. And my rates went up alot. Really unhappy with the service I have received. Can only blame covid and the system so many times!
