Here is why I closed my accounts with you guys, the worst customer service I have ever had so far!I applied for a Line of Credit with your bank, after 15 days I followed up, and you told me my request was declined, and I have more than that amount that I requested in my saving account.In another bank, after 2 days they gave me double funds from TD.Anyway, I am not sad about the declaration of my request, I am disappointed about your follow-up and the way you don't care about your customers.

I've had an incredibly positive experience at this branch. I want to personally mention Ying, who has delivered exemplary service both in her knowledgeability and professionalism consistently - all with a warm demeanor.

This is my preferred location of TD for banking and that's because of one of the employees at this location, Neil Hong.Neil has always exceeded my expectations when I need his help with general banking or complicated matters. Its always a pleasure to deal with him.

My friend is a small business owner/ sole proprietor. She qualifies for the CEBA loan and has applied 3xs and has been automatically declined 4xs. It is obvious that she entering information incorrectly. She has phoned sent e-mails and gone into 3 different branches requesting a review of the information being entered. They refuse to help her at all. Even though it is their application process that is flawed and they are not following the CRA protocol. DO NOT OPEN A SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNT with TD bank. When you need help the most. They will refuse to help.

I opened a new bank account recently with TD. What would normally be long and tedious turned out to be a great experience! Diane was amazing! It was very obvious that she had an indepth knowledge and her approach to explaining awnsers to my questions were very helpful. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

One of your employee, Cindy Soo is outstanding. She listened to all my concerns last night when I was having hard time with some extra fees that was in my account. She took care of it and offer me some extra protection on my account. One of the best experience I have to a bank. Bravo, Mrs. Soo hope all my TD bank experience r like this.

My experience in T. D. TODAY AS OPPOSED TO 5 YRS. AGO. I WOULD GIVE IT A 4 STAR rating instead of the 3 star rating. I found as different staff got to know me & I know them individually, as well. Service has stepped up some. My last. Visit, was fast, friendly service & got my business done nice & speedy considering I had just lost my bank card & I was in a taxi!! They have been helpful even if it's telephone banking. Or just to get get their app up & running properly. Lots of patience with me!! As I am not not TEC SAVY. ONE THING I DON'T LIKE IS IS THE HIKE IN BANKING CHARGES!! RVERY BUSINESS IS ON A CASH GRAB THESE DAYS. ALONG WITH PROVINCIAL & FEDERAL GHOVERMENTS. SO SAD. BUT SO TRUE. PANDEMIC FINANCES IS WHAT IS THE EXCUSE HEARD AROUND THE WORLD!! I DID NOHT KNOW MACHINES & COMPUTERS ARE AT RISK OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC?? THE THINGS WE?? LEARN DAILY?? OR THEY'D LIKE US TO. BELIEVE?? HAVE YOURSELF AN ENJOYABLE WEEK & AN ENJOYABLE DAY.

I want to congratulate Neil Hong (Customer Experience Manager) for being kind, friendly, and helpful. He didn't hesitate a second to provide me with the explanation I needed to solve what I thought was an emergency.

I don't understand why I cannot pay my The Bay card statement in this location.The lady with white shirt was not helpful at all.

I have always had really nice staff help serve me at this branch and today has been another one of those days! The manager was very helpful and did exactly what I needed. He went out of his way to help me! I really appreciate this branch and their customer service. Management goes above and beyond. I'm grateful I have such an amazing branch. Thank you very much TD Sunrise!!!
