Very bad customer service very bad if there were less than 1 star I would give. It has been over two years everytime I ho do my banking I get very frustrated

Tried calling multiple times to book an appointment for RRSP, left multiple voice messages, no one ever called me back. After visiting the branch in person to book an appointment, there was no one at the front desk but at least 10 bank tellers standing around doing nothing and still no one answers the phone when it rings. So disappointing.

Horrible customer service! The tellers are all incompetent and insulted my dad when it was clearly a mistake on behalf of the branch. The bank manager just gave my dad a phone number to make a complaint. Definitely taking our business elsewhere!

The worst TD Bank that I have tried to use in Milton. The last 3 visits was a waste of time. Useless tellers unable to do the easiest tasks. The previous bad review are definitely warranted.

If I just could find Zero stars, I would definitely give it the branch manager, I wanted to know more about the investment account today & he didn't even listen to my questions & kept on replying by saying get an appointment !!!

Came in for a bank draft. Signed in with company card yet draft funds were taken from my personal account. Noticed when I left and after I made deposit with the town of Milton. Had to drive back to try and fix the problem and transfer funds properly although this creates a book keeping headache. Nothing was done to rectify the problem, nor apology given. I asked for the $10 to be reimbursed at the least. She did that but then transferred the draft money out of my account with the fee of the draft again thereby nullifying the reimbursement. Just not very intelligent and the experience at this branch and many others is common. Nowadays I feel that every branch has one person that knows what they are dong and the rest is run by kids running around asking questions and making mistakes. I could start work there today and do a better job within an hour. They need way better training. These kids are near useless.

The worst experience with teller names Tanya, I believe. Came in today July4 @4:31pm just for a simple thing that was a cash deposit. She wasn’t happy to serve a simple customer like me. I didn’t feel welcomed from the start to the end. She just used one word to talk to customer and had a bad attitude. How come? Hopefully, the owner will read this review and pass onto her to serve a way better. So disappointed

This branch is great, people working here are wonderful, all of them are great.Farwa is wonderful, so polite professional and welcoming, she is amazing and spreading positive energy,and same as Mohammed and the rest of staffThis place you feel home.I don’t want to miss anyones name, but I really feel I am at my place.

The experience here was awful. It wasn’t the first time. If you want to get some financial advice or help, don’t go to this branch, even better, go to a different bank. They don’t care about clients. I made an appointment for an online meeting, the “advisor” never showed up, no apologies, nothing. I made it again, but in- person this time. Same “advisor” , what an awkward situation, zero customer service skills, zero empathy, zero time for you, the client. This person was very incompetent, important emails never were replied, leaving us in a very unfavourable and distressing situation, especially when We needed the bank the most due to a family emergency. There is nothing else to do than switch banks, it’s been enough!!!
