Worst location for Canada post. Associate was so slow, chit chatting with other customers, lot of attitude for sure, but manager was good very helpful !

Noah the manager is very rude and dismissive to customers. He honestly needs to be fired. Very triggering for this neighbourhood considering all the residents deal with. It would be nice to have good caring workers, with good customer service. After I just read all the other reviews I understand that no one cares here and will go to the Weston rd location. They are always friendly and helpful over there.

Terrible customer service, reflection of the neighborhood and the residents that live in the area.People working at this post office do not care about their job and clearly don't care to do any work.

This is not the first time this has happend... I've been on the phone waiting to speak with someone from the Canada Post department about a package I have sent through them. Just to be waiting on hold for over 40 minutes... before I was hung up on.I then called shoppers customer service, where this post office is locatated, and let them know whats happening.They said they would get them to answer the phone and put me on hold again...I waited for another 15 minutes, and was hung up on again.This is not how you treat your customers.I give zero stars. Canada post. You need to fix this.

Small staff members. Usually you go there to post or get a parcel and there is nobody standing at the front desk and there is a sign that the cashier is on break for an hour. So that means u either go back home if you leave near or stay around for an hour till the cashier return from break. They should hire staff members.
