Great service! I was not even one of their clients when my glasses broke. I went to them directly as they near by and I'm less then two minutes the issue was fix.

The service was amazing! She was super nice and polite. I came in to fix a loose screw that had fallen out of my glasses and although there were two people before me, I only had to wait max 15 mins.

I’ve had only good experiences at Lunetterie Barakat. Very personalized service, you really feel you are well taken care of by Mme Barakat. Also, i have to say i’m quite impressed at the quality or the products - good value for what your paying. Would definitely recommend!

The worst service. She’s money hungry. The products and lenses are garbage. I went to pick up my glasses the first day and she didn’t even adjust them to my face I went home with the glasses all crooked. Went back because I was dizzy with the glasses, because she put the cheapest lenses and she blamed it on the prescription. Ordered new glasses I went back to pick them up and they had a scratch on the lense. Ordered new glasses again and they lost my glasses. At the end I asked for my money back and she stole $100 from me. She said it was for administration fees. I had to pay for all her mistakes. I ordered the glasses last August in the month of February i still didn’t have glasses. I finally asked for my money back. Don’t go there it’s a disaster from the minute you walk in that store. Save yourself the trouble!!!!
