I had a problem with the Freightliner that was electrical and these guys got my truck in on time and by 1pm it was done a good to go. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and when I asked for a detailed break down of the cost, I was given a step by step and full description of the repair.I thought the price was very reasonable and they fixed the problem . Can't ask for much more.Keep up the good work.

Driving from Ontario in our motorcoach had issues with our air system. Called on a Sunday and he met us that evening at the shop when we arrived in Calgary to look at it. Had to wait until morning to get the part but he had it fixed in no time Monday morning. Very good customer service and quality work. We are very grateful to be back on the road so soon to carry on our vacation.

I’ll always give a new company the benefit of a doubt when taking my new business there. I’m trying to build a relationship so we can both benefit from a mutual work relationship. Now I know J & W prays on new clients to absolutely bend them over for work. After my inspection came back with a boat load of repairs I knew something was wrong. ( I was noticing things that I’ve personally recently replaced )I drove my truck the 600kms back to my original shop ( who is a very reputable shop ) I’ve been dealing with for the last 2 years, showed them the repair estimate I received from J & W and they were flabbergasted with what they were seeing. Work they’ve previously done was wanting to get redone. They wanted to replace things that didn’t needed to be changed.It’s a shame, I have a decent amount of trucks I wanted to run though J & W and this seemed to sour the relationship right off the bat.

I've been taking my truck to JW Fleet Service since 2008. Which is the year I purchased my truck. It's a 2003 sterling with 370,000 km on it. I have a friend who is a heavy duty mechanic that's licensed to do commercial inspections. (Only on trucks the company he works for owns). I get him to inspect my truck so I would know if I would have a large repair bill before I took it in. Every inspection that JW fleet service did They found the problems my friend already told me about. Extremely satisfied.I forgot about the personalize service which is awesome.

Recently we ran into some unexpected mechanical issues on our 3/4 ton Diesel. We contacted Jeff at J&W and he had us bring the truck into him. He came in after hours and worked late into the night to get us back on the road by the next day at a great price. Great staff and prices that went over and above what we would have expected. Thank you for everything.

I took my RV to J&W for an Out of Province Inspection, based on their good reviews. Big mistake. They charged me $400 for the inspection and wanted to repair" the RV for another $2800. The RV with 100k on the clock had been inspected a year previously in BC and had only done another 2k since then which they were fully aware of. They were still shocked when I refused the repair and to pay the re-inspection fee of $100. I took my RV elsewhere and had it inspected for $175 and it passed without problems even though I gave them the failed inspection report from J&W. I got gouged $400 but at least not $3200. We took our other 2 cars to this other shop as well and that cost $350 for both including a minor repair required on one of them."

I'm so happy I found this shop to fix my older kenworth. They are good and decent people that got my truck done quick. I was also happy with the work and the price. I am sending all my buddies to this place.

Believe it or not, I found out about J & W through a church event because I was speaking with a friend about how I hate taking my trucks to repair shops, and they suggest I try Jeff who also goes to the church. I towed my one-ton truck in for a front end rebuild (snow removal kills the front ends), and they finished it in less than a week. I am very satisfied with the services, with the price.

Best service and integrity ever . I can’t say in enough words how great it was to have work done by J&W . I wish there were companies like this in Alaska. I would bring every piece of equipment to them. I look forward to bringing more equipment to them in the future . Thank you for all The work you did so fast to get me on the road again..

It is not often you find a company that cares and is beyond helpful.Last Sunday our highway truck broke down and we could not get parts anywhere. There were no shops open and no after hours parts personnel answering phones. Being from Edmonton, we would have been stuck overnight had we not tried J & W.Though it was not during regular work hours, they answered the phone and offered help to us. We are so thankful and cannot express how much we appreciate the kindness and incredible generosity from Susan and the exceptionally knowledgeable assistance from Tim - he knew just what to do to get us back on the road!In very challenging times, these two people have restored our belief that there is kindness among strangers.We are so very grateful!
