Extremely satisfied! If you have been thinking about getting your carpets cleaned, do it! It was so easy and very affordable too. I have a demanding schedule and these guys were extremely flexible with scheduling, came on time, and were done in about an hour. The whole team was very courteous and professional, and were very careful with my newly renovated house and furniture. I will definitely hire them again to keep my home looking and smelling like new.

I had Commercial Steam Team out to clean the carpets in my house and had a great experience. The customer service and communication is top-notch, and they also did a great job cleaning the carpets. After the carpets dried, there was a stain in one area. The owner came out within an hour of me calling about the stain to take care of it. I hired Commercial Steam Team to clean my old worn-out carpets that had not been cleaned in years. I was hoping they could eliminate some of the grey areas in my entry and lighten some stains in my high-traffic areas. My carpets are old and need to be replaced; I didn't have a lot of hope.I was delighted with the results. The cleaning far exceeded my expectations. The carpets are still old, but now, all the stains are gone, and they look presentable for the holidays.The team was very professional. From my initial call to the final swipe of my credit card, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. This is the second time I have used CST for my carpet cleaning needs. It was easy to schedule and they got me in within a week. The techs were extremely professional, friendly, and personable. They called and let me know when they were about 30 minutes away from me. We have some very naughty dogs that like to pee in a specific area and they assured me they would take care of it no problem.
