Shoppers Drug Mart

Very frustrated and rude front end cashier. When I asked if another cashier was available she snapped at me and told me to pay cosmetic counter. Now she was real nice but couldn't get her cash register to work. I left without my purchase and will not go back.

The lady at the postal service is (Bernice) AMAZING she knows her job and does it awesomely. She is always there to help with a smile and has the best attitude for customer service. I would drive 6 hours if I had too to get customer service from this lady!!Thank you so much for always being super kind Bernice it’s definitely noticed and appreciated by many.

I have never wanted to give a 5 star review ever before today's experience at shoppers drug mart. I'm going to keep this short and sweet and I will say I really hope any of this young ladies supervisors read this cuz they need to know how much of an amazing job Hannah did this evening. She was extreamly helpful, she wasnt trying to upsell making it uncomfortable for me

Unprofessional service from Joanne customer rep from beautydepartment. Picked up Laroche Posay combo of spf n gel worth mere 40 dollars and she picked it up from our cart and said you can shop and we will bill it together with other stuff. Felt very embarrassed as i don't think so this is shopper policy that rep walk behind you and keep your stuff with them. I guess this special treatment was because of my color as she wasn't picking up stuff from others cart to give this special service.we shopped for $130 just on beauty products groceries was separate if she thought we are gonna shoplift this much stuff i didn't bring that big bag with me. Very embarrassing situation to face as a person of color.

Can’t get a refill until 2 days before my medication is due for refill (controlled substance) but it takes 3+ days to fill, get left on hold for 30 mins trying to inquire if it’s ready and now won’t deliver to me and my sick child because I don’t have cash. What a joke. Stick to mom and pop shops cause at least they care about their customersUPDATE 2/6/2023 - today the pharmacy changed one of my prescriptions from 30 MG to 10 MG without authority from my doctor when I called to see what happened they deleted the script and when I called back for a 3rd time the associate SONYA decided to hang up on me. What a jokeUPDATE 3/3/2023 - I’ve made 3 requests to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and they’re ignoring the new pharmacy. How is this place still in practice?

I came into the store and Adam the merchandiser did not want to come out because he was too busy to take my passport picture,They asked me to come in another time. A big inconvenience for the limited time I had to get my photos taken. What kind of business are they operating? Do not come to this store for your passport photos!

Pharmacy never answers the phone. 4 days in a row calling at different times and waiting for 15-20 mins with no answer. We all know it goes over the store speakers “pharmacy call 101 please” so there’s no reason why I can’t get through at literally anytime I call. Very frustrating.

Good in-store service and generally friendly/helpful staff, but do not waste your time trying to call the pharmacy. You will wait 15+ minutes on hold with no answer.

I went to the pharmacy to get my puffers that I absolutely needed tonight.. the pharmacist said they are open until 10 , when we went back at 9:45 they were closedIm Considering switching drug stores due to there incompetenceI'll have to struggle with my breathing until they open tomorrow
