I ordered via skip the dishes, my whole order is prepared well but I am getting 75% bag of chip empty especially when I ordered for serve two I wouldn’t like to accept quantity of serve one chips after paying extra for serve 2 chips.Do you think it’s for serve 2 quantity of chips? why are you giving lesser quantity of food even when I pay extra for what I order.Why do I have to pay more and get less at your store ?

Ordered 3 burrito for my kids tonight and we were very disappointed. Hardly any meat or veg in the burrito...there was so much rice. Literally eating wrap with rice. Definitely not worth the price.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and have never been let down once. Amazing burritos, decent prices and very friendly staff. This is a great spot for a filling but healthy lunch. This location is also better than any other Mucho Burrito that I have been to.

This is a place I frequently go to for a nice healthy lunch option. (And tasty)The gentleman serving me and my wife did a great job building our burritos and looked like he cared about his job and our experience. His name was Sachin, and he was what made the review a 5 star. Sunday June 4th around 2:30pm.

He provided incredible knowledge of all products and options and made our experience entertaining and enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back to this location!

good food, but i struggled to find a clean table to sit at. 90% of tables need to be wiped down. not impressed. no lettuce or onions avaliable. dec 26 2022.

We hired Mucho Burrito on Upper James location to cater an employee event for 75 people. They were fantastic! The staff was wonderful to work with, the food was delivered hot and it was delicious. Huge portions. We were able to enjoy it again the next day. Everyone at the office raved about how it was the best lunch we have ever ordered in. You cannot beat the price either. We look forward to using them again. Highly recommend.

Amazing food!!! We had a Pollo Mucho Burrito and a Pollo bowl! The items were all fresh and the staff were very helpful in making food selections. It's cool watching them make the food right in front of you! Tasted great! Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be going back!!!!

Customer service use to be way better. Best burritos I have had but staff is not very friendly and not very consistent. Been coming only to this location for years but might have to find a new hot spot.
