I am traveling and really got my glasses out of whack and they were practically unwearable. Not knowing if they were even fixable , I walked into the Factory optical in Lawson Heights mall. Maria Jones offered to take a look without any guarentee the glasse wouldnt break. She took the time to not only straighten them but to check for any weakened areas. She did it all with friendliness without making me feel stupid.Thank you Maria for getting me on the road again.

Wow- Marie and Arlene in Lawson Heights Mall are miracle workers. They fixed my glasses after I stepped on them. It was a miracle. I am so thankful. I highly recommend them for all your optical needs

I had a really positive experience here. I got my glasses somewhere else but they didn’t fit properly; I brought them to Factory Optical and even though I didn’t get my glasses from them, they adjusted them in a matter of minutes for no charge. Really amazing customer service, will definitely come back.

Was there last week and had awesome, friendly service! I forgot to get her name but she wears the Dahmer glasses (she pointed it out, not me haha). I showed her a picture of the style I was looking for and she directed me to a great pair of David Beckham frames! I was quoted 2 weeks for the order to come in, but was pleasantly surprised when they called only after exactly 1 week saying that my glasses were ready for pickup! Thank you!

Maria did a excellent job adjusting the 3 pairs of glasses I brought in. One pair was very old and needed a lot of work to bring back to usability. Maria explained that, due to age, they might not survive. She assured them and now I can use them again! I will be directing my next glass purchases in her direction from now on! It tough to find a true craftsperson, but when you do, keep them!Thanks!

I went in with a 6 year old pair of glasses that I hadn't bought there. It needed a screw to hold the frame together and the lens in the frame. As the glasses were also missing a nose pad they added that and changed the other one.No charge. Just leave a review on Google. So hear it is along with my thanks.

Great experience when they knew that I was spending money, but when I went to go get my replacement frames on warranty. I was told from 3/4 of the way across the store “nope we are swamped, we are too busy, I don’t have time to spend in the back and you need to come back”. I was planning on just dropping off my the broken frame and picking them up later. I get that businesses get busy but wow that was some kind of service.*** do yourself a favour and go anywhere else ***

Great place. Picked out my first pair of glasses about a week ago and the two staff members were really nice and helped me find similar looking glasses to some that I found but didn't like the colour of. At the end got a pair of sunglasses and regular and saved over $700 with their deal and a groupon (paid around $460).Went in yesterday just before closing to pick them up and get fitted. They helped me and were very nice and chill.Definitely one of the greatest places to go in the city if you want great options and amazing deals.
