Excellent service! I couldn't find my proof of purchase for my phone, no problem, assessment based on manufacture date... Phone was dropped off at noon and ready for pick up at 5pm! All covered under Samsung's warranty...

They are the best!!!!! My phone suddenly stopped working and I was so scared as I had all my baby pictures in it and didn't backed it up, went to the Samsung store in Yorkdale Mall and was told that the mother board was damage and they can't fix it. My colleague referred me to CPR , took my phone to them at 1 pm and by 6 pm I had a working phone and Daniel even assisted me in transferring my pictures to a SD card. I can safely say from my experience they are super amazing!!!!!

Great service. They know what they're doing. I replaced my Note 20 ultra screen a few months ago. The selfie camera didn't work and I just talked to them about it and they fixed it no charge. Great customer service and happy to spend money with them, if I have to.

I had debris stuck in the charging port of my phone. I was pleasantly shocked when the gentleman behind that counter came back a few minutes later, handed my phone back to me and said it was on the house. The only thing he wanted in return was a positive review.

Joe and his team went ABOVE and beyond, after recognizing the trouble I had gone to, to have my phone repaired. Not only were they professional, but their service was quick and effiecent, they were knowledgable about the process from my insurance company and offered information my insurance couldnt. I cannot recommend CPR for cellphone and electronic repairs enough. I will without a doubt make the drive from Simcoe County to North York for any and all my phone repairs going forward.
