1/3rd of the order was never delivered and when i tried calling the store they kept hanging up the phone the second they answered it. Then i went online to try and resolve it there, turns out they need to call the store, so their system to even get me a refund is useless. I will just switch to Save On Foods for future orders.If You Live in Surrey or Delta USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER AND MAKE IT A PAIN TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I recently had a very negative experience with PCexpress's delivery service. I placed order #531003166747354 with them and waited for it to arrive. However, after waiting for hours, I realized that my order had not been delivered. I immediately called PCexpress's customer support line but was unable to get through to anyone who could help. At first, the customer support rep said my order was handled by the Doordash driver and I have to call them to update my order, which I did. Doordash said I have to call again to PCexpress's delivery service because they handled my order to the wrong driver. I called again to PCexpress and their rep said that it was mixed up and my order will be delivered soon. I waited one hour and no delivery. I've tried to call again and nobody picked up the phone.After failing to get any help over the phone, I was forced to drive to the store myself to do my shopping. This was extremely inconvenient and time-consuming, and it completely defeated the purpose of using a delivery service in the first place. I was very frustrated by this experience, and I do not plan on using PCexpress's delivery service again in the future.In my opinion, PCexpress's delivery service is unreliable and unresponsive. Their customer support is virtually nonexistent, and they do not seem to care about providing their customers with a satisfactory experience. If you're considering using their delivery service, I would caution you to be prepared for the possibility of a similar experience. Overall, I would not recommend PCexpress's delivery service to anyone.

I love having someone do my grocery shopping for me while I order from my couch or computer!And for only $1.00!!Always great service when I go to pick up.A five minute wait at the parking stall.They let you know of any missing or substituted items an hour ahead of your order pick up time.I've been using this service for well over a year and they always deal with any problems right away.I have found that I've saved so much money because I don't impulse buy like I would if I was in the store.

I like how Superstore offers the option for folks to purchase groceries online and then pick up in the designated PC Express parking spots. However, with this being said, there are a few cons that are important to keep in mind:1. There isn't always someone present to answer the phone when you call to let them know you have arrived. If you are in a rush, this may be an issue.2. People who physically go inside Superstore to shop have parked in the spots designated for PC Express.3. The items are not always picked with care - I have gotten produce that have already gone bad or dairy or bakery products that expire the next day. (PC Express customer service have always been good in refunding the amount should this happen.)4. They don't always carefully place items in the trunk, especially now that they are no longer bagged. I usually leave reusable bags in the trunk for them to use but they never do. (I never asked them directly to put items in the bag so maybe that's why.)I will continue to use this service in the future for the convenience benefit for sure but I do hope that things improve on their end.

I have literally never ordered groceries and received all of my items. Today 10 of my items were missing!!! Now I still have to go grocery shopping because so many items are missing including staples like milk, butter and cheese. Eggs also came cracked. I don’t understand how this happens every time.

It's a convenience if you're fine with sitting on the phone with customer service all day. It's rare I order groceries without having to deal with an issue. I'm at the point where I question if this is truly worth it.

bought 65.00$ worth of groceries +15.00 delivery (could not get myself to store) order came 45 minutes late , meat was warm cheese was warm, did not get my 2 baguettes so there went my dinner.Called customer service ,no one is able to bring me my missing items as that now totals 2.00, forget the 15$ delivery charge paid earlier . I asked to speak to a supervisor (they didn't have one) I aske to speak to a store manager (they have no transfer line). Was told they sent an email to Insta cart to find out why this happened .( I am not interested ) Just want my bread for my dinner. Received an email for a case # ( come on nobody died) I just want my baguettes for my dinner that I more than paid for .I ,in the past have overlooked some minor issues . HOWEVER this is the straw you know? Do Not shop here . No one is responsible for anything.
