I bought some gold earrings and one won't close properly so it will not stay on my ear.The staff weren't helpful or friendly when I went in with the problem. Only when they want you to buy something are they nice and friendly. They wouldn't even tell me when the manager would be back.DO NOT BUY HERE!

I bought a diamond bracelet from their branch in Metrotown and I specifically asked them if I can rerun it at any branch because being a mom of 2 its hard to go shopping and they said yes of course at any brand within 30 days. Today I went to park royal branch and they refused to return it. Farzin the employee their gave me several excuses at first she said the manager is on vacation and will stay for a month I said so no one can return anything for a month! She said its a big number of money ! (If you want to purchase something higher prepare for struggles in case you changed your mind) its the whole budget of the month she said ! I just don’t care, company policy is company policy and should be applied everywhere at any branch… very bad customer service wont be coming to this branch again unlike the employees at the Metrotown branch they were very professional! Never coming again

If you want to purchase from Michael Hill park royal branch change your mind immediately. As someone who has experience in retail I can say the older employees have zero manners in motivating someone to purchase from them, the staff are not friendly or welcoming at all. I visited them twice in the hope that someone could genuinely help me with buying/suggesting a ring that is within or around my budget with the qualities that I had in mind. However, every time I go there my conversation with the ladies are so off putting and uncomfortable that I avoid talking to them. They give you this vibe as if you are not a “serious buyer” or “rich enough” to even TRY to take out and show you a ring that is a bit beyond your budget even though I told them multiple times that Michael hill was the first store that I visited and I can be flexible with my budget. Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable vibe at this location, older ladies must be trained on how to deal with potential buyers and customer service.

For a luxury store, the service is underwhelming. I bought a diamond piece online and went to the store to return it. The staff had no interest in supporting my request giving different reasons because the sale was not originated in their store until the store manager showed up. I understand the retention effort to save the sale and asking questions to problem solve, but the objection handling doesn’t have to turn into an uncomfortable conversation.

Good salesperson, they listen to you and give you right products, you can change or return it in 30 days.

Very disappointed with my visit to this location and with the Michael Hill brand. Incredibly clear with my experience here along with the past reviews of this store that employees are offered commissions on sales.Horrible customer service with unethical sales tactics.They were uncomfortably pushy when you want to buy something you went there for. I reserved a necklace online at the store and arrived to pick up on time. Gave them my name and they retrieved my order promptly without delay. The next 10 minutes was spent with them repeatedly upselling and promoting necklaces, rings, and products I did not want. I politely turned down their offer to sell me 6+ different other items after I stated I only want what I came there for.They then asked if I wanted the 3 year or lifetime warranty without stating the cost of it or that there was the option not to get warranty. I ended up saying just the 3 year one and the price came out to half the value of the necklace. They used unethical sales tactics saying that if I bought some other items she'll love it" and it'll make the gift receiver happier than if I didn't spend more money."

Honestly so disappointed. Went in with the intention of purchasing a gift. Was ignored by the saleswoman and told to wait for the woman helping my friend with and issue with her wedding ring. After finally getting the attention of the first lady again and purchasing the item, the saleswoman left to help a different customer (with what I can assume was a larger purchase) leaving my item and receipt behind the cash. She up and left a customer in the middle of a transaction to help a different customer. There was a single helpful employee (the one helping my friend) who seemed to be doing the work of five people. Everyone else there were either standing around or completely oblivious. Would not recommend shopping here, you can get the same quality for cheaper at Winners next store.

Greatest service at this location. I will come back for all my jewelry. As opposed to these other reviews, sales associate were not pushy at all. Very comfortable shopping experience.Thank you

Worst service, poor quality jewelry, zero integrity. Six month old ring breaks, no attempt to repair or replace. Absolute waste of money, avoid at all costs! Seems shady, questionable business?

Best customer service! Bahar and Sepehr helped my Fiancé and I get the best ring, and helped throughout the resizing process. Very grateful!
