What distinguishes E3 Corp from a lot of other businesses is that Ned always meets his crew on site to discuss the nuances of the work prior to starting the installation. He also follows up with the customer to see if everything was done to their satisfaction. Lastly, for those very few instances when there were some deficiencies, E3 Corp responded very quickly and professionally to resolve them.
