We sought after Carla based on all the wonderful things we were told by my parents who also hired her the year before us, and we are so happy we got to work with her. She really listened to our needs and made sure we were aware of things most first time home buyers don’t know about such as asbestos, foundation problems, and how to spot a hidden gem to name a few. We saw many homes with her and what no one tells you is that after a few viewings, finding your future home gets more stressful but Carla had a way of comforting us and making the process fun. She was available any time we needed her and within a few short months we found our first home and it was one she wanted to show us. I remember when we walked in and both Carla and I looked at each other and I was sold. She got to know us better than we could hope to expect and found us our gem. Carla also made the closing process so simple and took great care in keeping us informed as well as prepared. After closing the sale Carla still checks in and shows us support. Carla was so helpful in selling my home. She had great advice on the best ways to invest in the property before we put it up for sale (what made sense and where to not spend money if we didn't need to). She helped with advice on staging to sell and the best price to list it in the current market. My home sold quickly and I was very happy with the sale price.
