Their 30 day guarantee is a scam.Please do not use a2 hosting, it is the worst technical service I have used in 12 years working with hosting. When I made the migration less than 30 days ago, it took more than 3 days to migrate from a hosting that was inside their servers to a more powerful VPS, these days of waiting caused me to lose 1 client and the trust of my others clients, I requested the refund within the 30 days of guarantee but they say no since they requested the server before but I paid it within 30 days, that is a big scam. They did not refund my money despite being within 30 days. They are the biggest scam I have suffered from Hosting services. Please do not use this service if you want to have good support and warranty.

We use A2 Hosting few years form all our projects. Best of all is the customer support it is fast and really professional. We also like solutions which helps us with spam and hackers.

My website keeps going down and their websites client area doesn't even show my server details. Stuck on loading page. Their customer service used to be good now it takes long time to get response.

Very Poor Service. My system was down for 15 days. When I would call the service phone number, all they would tell me is that they are working on it. They wouldn't give me a timeline. That is when they would answer the phone. Let’s start with pricing very competitive and for me beat their competitors. I had a little issue customer service was fast to respond and totally took care of the issue. This is why A2 is a five stars in my book definitely would recommend Cheers.
